Penyabar Nakhe Harap Ketua DPRD Sumut Dapat Mensupport Perayaan Paskah dan Natal Oikumene 2021
MEDAN – BERITATERKINI.CO.ID – Ketua DPRD Sumut diharapkan dapat mensupport perayaan Paskah dan Natal Oikumene Umat Kristiani Sumut 2021 agar dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan sukses.
Hal itu disampaikan Drs Penyabar Nakhe Ketua Panitia Perayaan Paskah dan Natal Oikumene Umat Kristiani Sumut 2021 kepada awak media setelah melakukan audiensi kepada Ketua DPRD Sumut, Rabu (17/03/2021).
“Perayaan paskah dan natal tetap akan mengikuti protokol kesehatan dan dilaksanakan secara virtual. Diharapkan Ketua DPRD untuk hadir dan memberi kata sambutan pada saat perayaan paskah tersebut,” ujar Penyabar.
Selain itu, kendala yang ada, anggaran untuk perayaan paskah tidak ada di APBD. Untuk itu, ia meminta agar ke depan diatur di APBD-P.
Sementara Sekretaris Umum mengungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan direncanakan pada 24 April 2021 pukul 14.00 WIB, dan diharapkan nantinya Ketua DPRD dapat hadir dan menyampaikan kata sambutan.
“Kegiatan perayaan paskah akan ada 2, perayaan pra paskah akan dilaksanakan berdoa bersama di Samosir dan Perayaan Paskah,” jelasnya.
Bendahara Umum yang turut hadir dalam audiensi mengatakan bahwa hasil audiensi dengan Kabirokesra Rita bahwa anggaran paskah dan natal hanya ada untuk Pemprov.
“Oleh karena itu, agar diaturlah ke depan ada anggaran untuk natal dan paskah. Kita rencana akan audensi ke Jakarta bertemu DPR dan Menkumham,” katanya.
Sekum Forum Komunikasi Konsultasi Gerejawi Sumatera Utara (FKKGSU) menjelaskan latar belakang tentang FKKGSU yang tugasnya hanya melaksanakan natal dan paskah.
“Benturan terjadi tahun lalu. Di surat kami jelas ditujukan agar digunakan oleh panitia dan SK nya menyusul. Tapi sewaktu dianggarkan tidak melihat secara utuh surat FKKGSU sehingga penerima dana Pengurus. Dan bila pengurus menerima maka tidak sesuai dengan tupoksi FKKGSU,” ujarnya.
“Setiap tahun harus buat proposal. Kita menginginkan agar jangan lagi lah buat proposal. Dana itu otomatislah dimasukkan,” harapnya.
Ketua DPRD Sumut Drs Baskami Ginting menegaskan Indonesia lagi ada virus corona (Covid-19). “Saya lihat di APBD tidak ada perayaan paskah dan natal, sedangkan agama lain ada dan anggarannya besar,” katanya.
Ia menekankan agar FKKGSU ini di lembagakan. “Kalau sudah ada lembaga maka pemerintah harus memperhatikan dan beragumentasi di badan anggaran,” sambungnya.
Ketua DPRD Sumut menyarankan agar perayaan paskah tetap harus mengikuti Prokes dengan ketat.
“Saya pribadi akan membackup penuhlah. Kita harapkan agar pandemi segera berlalu,” kata Baskami.
