Palu, BeritaTerkini.co.id | Tender proyek jalan nasional yang di tangani oleh BPJN secara multi year selama 2 tahun dikerjakan dari tahun  2021  hingga 2023, diduga adanya “Kongkalingkong” dalam pelaksanaan lelangnya alias ada bau tidak sedap.

Ada dugaan antara pemenang lelang yakni PT.TY sudah bermain mata dengan Pokja BP2JK (Balai Pelaksana Pemilihan Jasa Kontruksi) Sulawesi Tengah untuk memenangkan lelang tersebut.

Indikasi dugaan permainan kotor tersebut sudah terlihat jauh-jauh hari sebelum pelaksanaan lelang di mulai.

Adanya sinyalemen ini menurut sumber yang layak di percaya bahwa ada salah seorang yang notabene adalah perwakilan PT.TY berinisial “JT” dan juga merupakan salah seorang pengusaha lokal terindikasi banyak menguasai proyek APBD kabupaten Buol, kasak kusuk datang menemui Pokja BP2JK yang beralamat di jalan Gunung Bosa.

Dari pertemuan dengan oknum pengusaha tersebut menurut sumber telah terjadi pemberian sesuatu kepada Pokja BP2JK , dengan tujuan untuk memuluskan PT.TY sebagai pemenang lelang dari kegiatan yang dibiayai dari APBN /ADB dan Asia Development Bank dengan pagu anggaran kurang lebih 60 milyar rupiah. Menggelitik lagi diduga hal ini juga  ada keterlibatan orang nomor satu di kabupaten Buol yakni Bupati.

Lebih lanjut sumber yang didapat oleh wartawan Jarrakpos yang berada di sulteng mengatakan bahwa oknum pengusaha tersebut juga meminta Pokja agar PT.TY dimenangkan dalam lelang tersebut walaupun diketahui bahwa kelengkapan dokumen PT.TY tidak memenuhi syarat alias tidak lengkap sehingganya Kasatker dan PPK tidak menggubrisnya dan melanggar persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi.

Sesuai dari pantauan wartawan Jarrakpos Sulteng dilapangan beberapa pekan lalu bahwa PT.TY pernah mengerjakan proyek tahun anggaran 2019 di Satker Wil.I itu dengan pagu anggaran Rp.20 M lebih, bahkan pekerjaannya terlambat dan terancam diputus pada saat itu, namun PT.TY meminta bantu ” JT” selaku pengusaha lokal di Buol yang konon diduga banyak mengangkangi proyek APBD Buol untuk menyelesaikan.

Dari hasil penyelesaian perkerjan yang terlambat tersebut dan terburu-buru, ternyata hasilnya pun amburadul dan saat ini sudah banyak yang rusak dan berlubang oleh karena itu, sumberpewarta menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas pekerjaanya  sama sekali tidak memenuhi standar secara tehnis, jelas yang rugi negara dan masyarakat daerah kabupaten Buol, ungkap sumber.

Sementara itu dua orang Pokja BP2JK Mohamad dan Aditya saat di temui Pewarta Jarrakpos Sulteng mengatakan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan lelang tersebut sudah sesuai mekanisme dan peraturan perundang-undangan yg berlaku” kami dari Pokja tidak main dalam bekerja, dan tahapan- tahapannya sudah sesuai prosedur, sampai ke penetapan pemenang” Ujarnya

Ketika Pewarta Jarrakpos mengkonfirmasi dugaan adanya permainan kepada Pokja kaitan duga suap dengan telah menerima suap dengan tujuan untuk memuluskan PT .TY menjadi pemenang. Pikja BP2JK menyatakan itu sama sekali tidak benar, itu berita “Hoax” seratus persen.

Pokja yang berjumlah 5 orang Pokja menyatakankan tdk akan main-main  dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai peraturan yang ada, ketika disinggung ada keterlibatan Bupati Buol dinyatakan  itu sama sekali tidak benar dan tidak tau itu. Pihaknya hanya menjalankan tugas  sebagai Pokja, setelah itu hasil pemenangnya diserahkan ke Satker (Balai) untuk penandatangan kontrak, ujar Mohamad yang didampingi Aditya selaku Pokja. Red
