Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara meliputi Perencanaan Kebutuhan dan penganggaran, Pengadaan, Penggunaan, Pemanfaatan, Pengamanan dan pemeliharaan, Penilaian, Pemindahtanganan, Pemusnahan, Penghapusan, Penatausahaan, dan Pembinaan, pengawasan dan pengendalian, serta sifatnya berjenjang sehingga bisa dipertanggungjawabkan secara akuntabel.

Pagi ini (Rabu, 16/06/2021) Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat melaksanakan Kegiatan Penyusunan Rencana Kebutuhan Barang Milik Negara (RKBMN) Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Tahun 2023 bersama Biro Pengelolaan BMN Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Hukum dan HAM R.I yang tersambung secara Virtual melalui Aplikasi Zoom, dan diikuti oleh Kepala Kantor Wilayah Sudjonggo, Kepala Divisi Administrasi Ngadiono Basuki, Kepala Divisi Pemasyarakatan Taufiqurrakhman, Kepala Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Khusus Kelas IIA Gunung Sindur Mujiarto, Kepala Sub Bagian Keuangan dan BMN Ferry Ferdiansyah, dan Pejabat Administrator Perencanaan BMN.

Dalam arahannya Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Hukum dan HAM R.I Andap Budhi Revianto menyampaikan “Learning by Experience Pengalaman adalah Guru Terbaik. Hidup ini harus direncanakan dengan baik”. Seyogyanya apa yang sudah kita lakukan di tahun-tahun yang lalu bisa menjadi acuan kita untuk bisa menjadi lebih baik di masa mendatang. Mari Kita bersama rencanakan dengan baik apa yang menjadi kebutuhan kita yang masing-masing berbeda, sehingga apa yang diperlukan bisa berdaya guna. Sesuai dengan arahan Presiden R.I Joko Widodo bahwa “Realisasi APBN harus dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan transparan dan sebaik-baiknya. Tata kelola harus baik, Manajemennya harus baik, Sasarannya tepat dan dijalankan sesuai dengan prosedur yang sederhana dan ringkas melalui proses yang cepat dengan manfaat yang maksimal untuk rakyat”.

RKBMN adalah kunci meningkatkan kualitas belanja pemerintah sehingga bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Integrasi Perencanaan Aset dan Perencanaan Anggaran untuk mengawal belanja modal secara utuh dan berkelanjutan. Controlling oleh setiap Kepala Satuan Kerja, guna mendeteksi adanya inefisiensi, duplikasi atau pengulangan.
