LAMPUNG, Berita terkini.co.id | Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) Komite Aksi Masyarakat dan Pemuda untuk Demokrasi (KAMPUD), memberikan apresiasi terhadap capaian kinerja Polri dibawah kepemimpinan Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo
Hal ini disampaikan oleh Ketua Umum DPW KAMPUD, Seno Aji melalui keterangan persnya di Bandar Lampung, Kamis (1/7/2021).
Sejak dilantik Presiden Joko Widodo pada 27 Januari 2021, Polri dengan mengusung visi transformasi menjadikan Polri Presisi (Prediktif, Responsibilitas, dan Transparansi Berkeadilan), menjadi terobosan dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme Polri sebagai pelayan sekaligus penjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat. Khususnya dalam menyambut era Police 4.0 dengan mengedepankan berbagai teknologi informasi.
Dia juga mengatakan bahwa Polri melalui Korps Lalu Lintas telah melahirkan aplikasi Digital Korlantas yang bisa didownload di play store maupun app store dari berbagai tipe smartphone. Didalamnya terdapat SINAR (Sim Online Nasional Presisi), yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam memperpanjang masa berlaku SIM A dan SIM C secara online.
“Pembayaran untuk perpanjangan masa berlaku SIM juga dilakukan secara online melalui virtual account. Menjadikan Polri sebagai lembaga pertama yang menerapkan pembayaran PNBP melalui virtual account. Setelah melakukan pembayaran, SIM yang telah dicetak dikirim langsung ke depan pintu rumah pemohon melalui PT Pos Indonesia, maupun bisa diambil sendiri oleh pemohon di Satpas yang telah ditentukan,” kata Seno.
Dalam fungsi Intelkam, Polri juga telah menerapkan pengajuan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) secara online. Begitupun di berbagai fungsi lainnya, antara lain di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT), di Bareskrim melalui penerapan Surat Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Hasil Penyidikan (SP2HP) Online, di Direktorat Tindak Pidana Siber (Dittipidsiber) melalui aplikasi Patrolisiber.id, di Inspektorat Pengawasan Umum Polri melalui Dumas Presisi, dan di Divpropam Polri melalui Propam Presisi.
“Polri terus menambah fasilitas tilang elektronik (electronic traffic law enforcement/e-TLE). Hingga akhir Maret 2021, kamera tilang elektronik telah tersebar di 12 wilayah Polda. Evaluasi dari Korlantas Polri mencatat, dengan adanya e-TLE, pelanggaran lalu lintas kendaraan bermotor di sejumlah Polda rata-rata turun menjadi 40 persen. Tidak salah jika Polri akan terus menambah e-TLE di berbagai daerah,” jelas aktivis muda ini.
Selain itu, Seno Aji juga menjelaskan bahwa, salah satu capaian terbaru Polri adalah meraih opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) atas Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan Laporan Keuangan (LHPLK) Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) TA 2020. Artinya, Polri telah delapan tahun berturut-turut sejak 2013 sampai 2020, berhasil meraih WTP dari BPK. Ini membuktikan Polri mampu menjalankan tertib administrasi dan tertib anggaran dalam mengelola uang rakyat,” tandas Seno Aji.
Terakhir, Ketua DPW KAMPUD menilai konsep Presisi Polri mampu mewujudkan polri sebagai Institusi yang Prediktif, Responsibilitas, transparansi dan berkeadilan.
“Peningkatan kinerja Polri di bawah Kepemimpinan Jendral Listyo Sigit Prabowo dipastikan mengikuti perkembangan trend kasus yang berkembang dan hadir di tengah masyarakat, salah satunya dengan dibentuknya satgas anti mafia tanah oleh Polri, hal ini menjadi salah satu strategi Kapolri untuk penguatan penanganan konflik sosial, sehingga Polri selalu hadir di tengah kegelisahan Masyarakat, seiring dengan maraknya kasus-kasus dalam Pertanahan agar kepastian hukum dan keadilan dapat ditegakan oleh Polri, sementara dukungan Polri dalam penanganan Covid-19, Polri telah menggelar Vaksinasi Covid-19 gratis bagi Masyarakat”, demikian tutup Seno Aji.
