Kediri, Beritaterkini.co.id- Penyelundupan paket berisi diduga Pil LL ke dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Kediri, Jawa Timur, dengan cara dilempar dan jatuh kedalam branggang di area pos 1 lapas kediri jawa timur, berhasil digagalkan petugas lapas pada hari kamis 22 juli 2021 pukul 05.00 WIB.
Kepala Lapas Kelas II A Kediri Asih Widodo mengatakan, paket itu ditemukan petugas Pos menara 1 yang sudah dibungkus dengan plastik berwarna hitam. 
Barang itu terjatuh di branggang dekat area pos 1 diduga hendak dilempar ke dalam lapas.
“Petugas kami melihat 1 buah bungkusan mencurigakan berwarna hitam yang terjatuh pada branggang lapas dekat area pos jaga 1,” kata Kalapas Kediri Asih Widodo di Kediri, seperti dilansir Antara, Kamis (22/7/2021).
Temuan itu dilaporkan petugas Pos menara 1 a.n Sdr. Alifian Damang kepada Karupam dan dilanjutkan laporan kepada Kepala Kesatuan Pengamanan Lapas Sastra Lapas Kediri dan langsung melakukan pemeriksaan area branggang (ruangan di antara tembok luar dan sel atau ruangan kosong).
Bungkusan tersebut kemudian diambil oleh petugas lapas pos 1,” Lalu bungkusan tersebut itu diamankan di ruang Kepala KPLP,” ungkap Asih.
Petugas lalu membuka bungkusan tersebut disaksikan oleh Kasubsi (Kepala Sub Seksi) Keamanan, Karupam (Kepala Regu Pengamanan) C, staf KPLP (Kesatuan Pengamanan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan) dan staf Kamtib (Keamanan dan Ketertiban) Lapas Kediri.
Di dalamnya terdapat 1 botol berisi pil 1000 butir yang diduga Pil LL.
Selanjutnya pihak lapas kediri melakukan koordinasi dengan Polres Kediri Kota terkait dengan temuan tersebut untuk diproses lebih lanjut.
