JPU KPK Siap Bacakan Tuntutan Eks Walikota Cimahi 12 Agustus 2021 Nanti

Bandung, Beritaterkini.co.id- Sidang lanjutan dengan agenda terkait pembacaan tuntutan dari Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terhadap terdakwa Eks Walikota Cimahi Ajay Mochamad Priatna yang tersandung kasus suap dan revisi IMB Rumah Sakit Umum Kasih Bunda (RSUKB) Cimahi akan di lanjutkan pada, Kamis (12/8/21).

Ajay M Priatna menyampaikan bahwa sidang kali ini merupakan sidang terkahir untuk saksi dan dakwaan, Menurut Ajay selama persidangan berjalan banyak kesaksian bohong yang tidak dimengerti diluar nalar terkait suap yang begitu sangat ribet.

“Ya, ini diluar nalar saya masa suap ada pajaknya ,kontrakya dan transfer banknya,” kata Ajay dalam keterangan-nya seusai sidang berakhir, Rabu (4/8/21).

Tidak hanya itu, menurut Ajay, ada orang yang memberi uang begitu besarnya tanpa konfirmasi dan hanya dititipin lewat pihak lain yang katanya uang tersebut untuk dirinya.

” Saya tidak mengerti uang tersebut karena saya tidak pernah menerima sama sekali karena dalam persidangan uang itu lewat Djoni dan di berikan ke Yanti sedangkan Yanti juga bilang tidak tau apalagi saya,” terangnya.

Menurut Ajay, pihaknya sangat bingung tapi bagaimanapun sidang harus di jalani dan ini merupakan sidang terakhir dan besok adalah sidang tuntutan.

” Semoga keadilan bisa saya dapatkan karena saya berani bersumpah demi Allah saya tidak pernah melakukan hal yang disangkakan terhadap saya dalam sidang ini,” tukasnya.

Disinggung terkait aliran uang Ajay juga membantah tidak pernah menerima uang tersebut. Adapun keterangan dari saksi hanya 1 orang yaitu saksi (Djoni) saja yang mengatakan ini terkait dengan suap dan revisi IMB Rumah Sakit Kasih Bunda (RSUKB), dari 14 lantai menjadi 10 lantai dengan nilai 3,2 milyar.

“Kesaksian Djoni semua bohong bahkan hal kecilpun dia membohongi saya dari hal keluaga dan mengaku anaknya Jenderal Sadiman dan mengaku juga pernah kuliah di Jerman bahkan pernah di Akmil, apa fungsinya berbohong tentang keluarga bahkan tidak mengakui orang tuanya dan justru orang lain dia akui sebagai orang tuanya dan rumah nya pun saya tidak tau, “tandasnya.
