Pimpinan Daerah (PD) Pemuda Panca Merga (PPM) menyalurkan bantuan  Gubenur Sumatera Selatan H Herman Deru sebanyal 40 ton untuk di salurkan kepada
pejuang veteran, para istri-istri pejuang serta para resimen yuda putra.Keluarga besar PPM terdampak covid 19 ,bertempat di gedung legiun veteran jalan rajawali palembang, Jumat (03/09/21)
Sumsel terus memberikan perhatiannya kepada masyarakat dengan cara menyalurkan bantuan sosial (Bansos) berupa beras 10 kg,sebanyak 4000 paket
Herman Deru menyerahkan secara simbolis bantuan beras 10 Kg kepada warga yang terdampak COVID-19, termasuk para pejuang veteran, para istri-istri pejuang serta para resimen yuda putra.Dengan menggandeng organisasi PD Pemuda Panca Marga (PPM) Sumsel akan mendisitribusikan sedikitnya 40 ton beras kepada masyarakat.

“40 ton saya pikir jumlah itu lumayan banyak, saya harap distribusikan dengan benar dengan ada penerima yang layak,” katanya.

Dia minta bagi yang menerima bantuan ini jangan merasa direndahkan, karena menurutnya bantuan ini semata mata bentuk perhatiaan Pemerintah khususnya dari Gubernur Sumsel untuk seluruh warga yang layak menerima terdampak COVID-19.

“Keluarga menerima manfaat jangan pernah merasa direndahkan, karena ini cara pemerintah untuk berbagi,” ungkapnya.

Ketua PD PPM Sumatera Selatan Gerry Iskandar dalam wawancara mengatakan ” kita dibantu oleh gubernur Sumatera Selatan Selatan sebanyak 40 ton beras, kalo 40 ton berarti sebanyak 4000 karung itu dikhususkan bagi para veteran pejuang kemerdekaan, janda veteran, watimda (dewan pertimbangan daerah) dan keluarga besar PPM yang berada di kota Palembang”, ujarnya.

Tutur hadir pada kesempatan ini, Kepala Dinsos Sumsel, Mirwansyah, Ketua LVRI Sumsel, Ramses Nababan, serta Para Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Pemprov Sumsel/mewakili.(DN/RZP)
