Sofhuan Yusfiansyah mengatakan, pihaknya atas nama kliennya Pelni Bin Umar dan Yurani Binti Arahman adalah pemilik sah sebidang tanah waris yang terletak di ujung Sungai Kemang/ Sungai Pedado Rt.24 Keramasan, seluas 75×200 Meter.
Hal itu terungkap dalam jumpa pers yang dilaksanakan di kantor SHS Law Firm, senin (7/3/2022) di kantor advokat yang berada di jalan Patal Pusri Komplek PHDM IV Palembang. Kepada para wartawan,
Somasi kedua akan di layangkan ke perusahaan pengembang perumahan tersebut, tertanggal 7 Maret 2022. Somasi kedua tersebut, menindaklanjuti somasi pertama tertanggal 21 Februari 2022″ Ujarnya.
“Ini adalah somasi kedua yang kami sampaikan, dan jika pihak yang bersangkutan tidak ada respon atau niat baik maka akan kami lanjutkan ke tahapan hukum,” tegas Sofhuan.
Menurut dia, tanah dan lahan milik kliennya tidak pernah di perjual-belikan atau di sewakan kepada pihak lain. Bahkan, jelas dia, selama ini lahan tersebut digarap dan ditanami sawah.“Namun tiba-tiba lahan tersebut di tutup oleh pihak Citra Land,” jelas dia.
Di tambahkan Sigit Muhaimin SH, pihaknya telah mengumpulkan berbagai bukti atas kepemilikan lahan tersebut, yang secara sah adalah milik kliennya.
“Dan patut diduga bahwa pihak Citra Land sengaja melakukan penyerobotan dengan sengaja telah menguasai tanpa seizin klien kami dengan cara menimbun dan membangun perumahan dilahan tersebut,” jelasnya
