Palembang, Berita Terkini. Co.Id Puluhan massa dari Perkumpulan Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) Budget Center kembali melakukan gelar Aksi Unjuk Rasa ( Unras) terkait dugaan korupsi dana Desa Babatan, Sukarami, Karang Tanding, Rantau Alih kecamatan lintang Alih Empat Lawang,bertempat di Depan Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) jakabaring Palembang, (28/03/22).

Koordinator Aksi A. H Alamsyah mengatakan kami melakukan aksi Unras mendatangi Kejati Sumsel ini yang ke dua kali nya, meminta Kejati Sumsel untuk dapat segera melakukan memeriksa dan memanggil terhadap Oknum Kades diduga melakukan penyalahgunaan pengelolan Dana Desa (DD) tahun anggaran 2017,2018,2019dan jalan 2020,”katanya.

Dugaan insentif guru agama, alat alat persedekahan, dan Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT). Adapun Dugaan indikasi kerugian negara akibat penyalangunaan dan penyelewengan pengelolaan keuangan Dana Desa (DD) di 4 Desa tersebut mencapai lebih dari Rp. 8.479.000.000,00 (Delapan Milyar Empat Ratus tujuh puluh sembilan juta Rupiah).

Dugaan penyalahgunaan Dana Desa di Desa Babatan antara lain :

a)Dugaan kerugian pembangunan dan penyertaan modal Bumdesa Toko Pertanian Tahun Anggaran 2017 dan Tahun 2018.

b)Dugaan pembangunan jalan akses lahan, pembangunan drainase, pengadaanjamban, bantuan insentif guru Tahun Anggaran 2019.

Dugaan kegiatan pembangunan jalan rabat beton, pengadaan Jamban, Bantuan langsung Tunai (BLT) Tahun Anggaran 2020.

d)Dugaan kerugian negara total sebesar Rp. 3.754.000.000,00.

Dugaan penyalangunaan Dana Desa di Desa Sukarami antara lain :

Dugaan pengadaan alat aat persedekahan Tahun Anggaran 2017

Dugaan pembangunan jalan setapak, pembangunan dan penyertaan modal Bumdesa Toko Pertanian Tahun Anggaran 2018.

Dugaan kegiatan pembangunan gedung PAUD Tahun Anggaran 2019.

Dugaan kerugian negara total sebesar Rp. 1.449.000.000 ,00

Dugaan penyalahgunaan Dana Desa di Desa Rantau Alih antara lain:

a)Dugaan pengadaan alat alat persedekahan Tahun Anggaran 2017.

b)Dugaan pembangunan tembok penahan Dusun II

Dugaan penyertaan modal Bumdesa Usaha Fotocopy dan ATK, pembangunan tempat usaha fotocopy dan ATK, pengadaan sarana peralatan olahraga pemuda Karang Taruna Tahun Anggaran 2018.

d)Dugaan kegiatan pengadaan jalan akses lahan dan jembatan Tahun Anggaran 2019

e)Dugaan pembangunan jembatan Beton Tahun Anggaran 2020.

f) Dugaan kerugian negara totalsebesar Rp. 1.553.000.000,00

Dugaan penyalangunaan Dana Desa di Desa Karang Tanding antara lain :

a)Dugaan kegiatan pengerasan jalan, pengadaan jamban, pengadaan alat alat persedekahan Tahun Anggaran 2017.

b)Dugaan pembangunan dan penyertaan modal Bumdesa toko pertanian, pembangunan.

SBC meminta kepada Kejaksaan Tinggi Sumatera Selatan untuk melakukan proses hukum kepada pihak yang diduga melakukan penyalahgunaan anggaran Dana Desa tersebut, “akhirnya.
