Batam l Ketua Umum BPD Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI) Kepulauan Riau (Kepri), Sari Dwi Mulyawaty sepakat dengan Menteri Investasi/Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) Bahlil Lahadalia bahwa setiap investor yang masuk ke daerah harus berkolaborasi dengan pengusaha-pengusaha lokal.
Hal itu disampaikan Sari usai mendampingi Menteri Bahlil bersama Gubernur Riau Syamsuar dan Ketum HIPMI Riau Rahmad Ilahi dalam acara “Pemberian Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) Pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) Perseorangan” di Riau (10/08/2023).
“Saya sangat sepakat dengan pernyataan pak Bahlil. Adanya investor dari luar itu bagus. Tetapi tetap harus menggandeng pengusaha-pengusaha di sini. Jangan sampai hanya mereka yang kaya tetapi kita di sini tidak dapat apa-apa,” ujar Sari kepada wartawan.
Sari pun mendorong pejabat daerah baik di level provinsi maupun kabupaten/kota untuk menyeleksi secara ketat setiap investor yang masuk ke daerah. Hal ini untuk memastikan investasi memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat sekitar.
“Kewenangan investor bisa masuk atau tidak kan berada di tangan kepala daerah. Jadi saya berharap kepala daerah tidak sembarangan menerima investor. Harus ada komitmen dari investor jika mereka siap memberikan kesejahteraan wagi warga lokal,” tegas Sari.
Sari menjelaskan Provinsi Riau dan Kepri memiliki sumber daya alam yang sangat melimpah. Ia pun mengaku tahu bahwa banyak dari investor luar yang sudah masuk ke dua wilayah tersebut. Tetapi apakah selama ini memberikan kesejahteraan atau tidak kepada warga lokal perlu dicek ulang satu persatu. Jika tidak maka pemerintah daerah jangan segan untuk mencabut izinnya.
“Banyak investor yang menanam usaha di sini harus kita cek ulang perizinannya. Kita tidak mau mereka bisnis di sini, tapi uangnya kemudian dibawa keluar tidak memberikan dampak apa-apa bagi warga lokal,” pungkas Sari.
