Ketua Gibran Center Bali Dukung Nazali Lempo Jadi Jaksa Agung RI

beritaterkini.co.id-DENPASAR | Seiring usainya jabatan Presiden Joko Widodo, maka kepemimpinan ST Burhanuddin sebagai Jaksa Agung bakal berakhir.

Prabowo Subianto sebagai Presiden terpilih, tentunya bakal mengangkat figur baru sebagai pengganti ST Burhanudin, dalam penyusunan kabinet baru.

Sejumlah nama mulai muncul, dalam seleksi Jaksa Agung RI.

Istimewanya, nama Laksamana Muda TNI (purn) Dr Nazali Lempo MN menjadi figur yang mendapat dukungan penuh dari Gibran Center sebagai bagian dari pemenangan Prabowo-Gibran, pada perhelatan Pilpres lalu.

Tak tanggung-tanggung, Ketua Gibran Center Bali Oka Mantara mendukung penuh Laksamana Muda (Laksda) TNI (Purn) Dr. Nazali Lempo MN menjadi Jaksa Agung RI.

Bahkan, figur Laksamana Muda (Laksda) TNI (Purn) Dr Nazali Lempo MN sangat tepat dan dipercaya bisa membuat penegakan hukum menjadi lebih baik.

Terlebih lagi, Kejagung atau Kejaksaan Agung membutuhkan figur yang tegas dan sosok Nazali Lempo, yang dinilai berpengalaman di dunia militer tentunya sangat berkompeten sebagai Jaksa Agung RI.

Hal tersebut ditegaskan Ketua Gibran Center Bali Oka Mantara, saat dikonfirmasi awak media di Denpasar, Kamis, 13 Juni 2024.

“Saya selaku Ketua Gibran Center Bali sangat mendukung Nazali Lempo dan pas sekali, untuk menjadi Jaksa Agung berikutnya,” kata Oka Mantara.

Disamping tegas, Oka Mantara juga menilai Nazali Lempo merupakan sosok yang low profile dan membawa kepentingan masyarakat, dalam penegakan hukum di tubuh kejaksaan.

Tak hanya itu, mantan Danpus Pom TNI itu juga dinilai mampu menjunjung tinggi supremasi hukum di negara Republik Indonesia ini.

Kedisplinan mantan Danpomal ini membuat Nazali Lempo sangat layak masuk, pada kabinet Prabowo-Gibran dalam penegakan anti korupsi di negara ini.

“Anggota TNI sejati ini sangat layak didorong ke Jaksa Agung untuk penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana, terlebih para pejabat yang merampok uang negara,” tegasnya.

Oleh karena itu, Oka Mantara berharap Nazali Lempo bisa terpilih sebagai Jaksa Agung RI, pada kepemimpinan Prabowo Subianto nanti.

“Saya optimis sosoknya yang yang sederhana, berani dan merakyat itu
akan mampu membantu Prabowo dalam hal penegakan hukum di Indonesia, sehingga kedepannya penegakan hukum di negeri ini menjadi lebih baik,” pungkasnya.

Patut diketahui, Nazali Lempo merupakan Purnawirawan TNI dengan jabatan terakhir sebagai Oditur Jenderal TNI, lembaga penuntut dalam hukum peradilan militer. Bahkan, tugas dan kewenangannya tidak jauh berbeda dengan status kejaksaan dalam hukum peradilan sipil.

Tak hanya itu, Laksda TNI (Purna) DR. Nazali Lempo, SH., MH.M.,TR.,OPSLA, CHRMP, dinilai selalu menempatkan hukum sebagai Panglima Tertinggi di TNI dan senantiasa menjadi organisasi yang dicintai oleh rakyat.

“Profesionalisme TNI terletak pada loyalitas dan ketaatan terhadap hukum dan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Untuk itu, sebagai TNI yang Profesional, maka Hukum harus ditempatkan sebagai Panglima Tertinggi yang harus dihormati,” pungkasnya. (red).
