beritaterkini.co.id-BADUNG | Melanjutkan program Badung Angelus Buana, Bupati Badung I Nyoman Giri Prasta menandatangani prasasti sekaligus meresmikan Balai Banjar Adat Batur Kota, Desa Batur Tengah, Kintamani, Bangli, Selasa, 18 Juni 2024.
Pembangunan Balai Banjar milik krama Banjar Adat Batur Kota tersebut diberikan dana bantuan Hibah Pembangunan Balai Banjar Anggaran Perubahan APBD Kabupaten Badung Tahun 2023 sebesar Rp 1,5 miliar lebih.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Bupati Giri Prasta juga mendukung kelompok masyarakat yang ada di Banjar Adat Batur Kota dengan memberikan secara spontan bantuan dana pribadi kepada Sekaa Gong Sekaa Teruna sebesar Rp. 5 juta, Sekaa Angklung sebesar Rp. 5 juta, 6 penari sebesar Rp. 3 juta, PKK sebesar Rp. 10 juta.
Hadir pada acara tersebut Kelian Adat se-Desa Batur Tengah, Kelian Dinas se-Desa Batur Tengah, tokoh masyarakat I Komang Merta Jiwa serta masyarakat Banjar Batur Kota.
Badung Angelus Buana merupakan program yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pembangunan fisik tetapi juga bertujuan untuk menggerakkan perekonomian sektor informal, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan mendukung pemerataan pembangunan yang berkeadilan di seluruh Bali. Program yang dananya bersumber dari penyisihan Pajak Hotel dan Restoran (PHR) Kabupaten Badung tersebut mengajak masyarakat untuk saling bahu-membahu menjaga kekompakan dan kebersamaan guna memastikan program ini memberikan manfaat maksimal bagi seluruh wilayah dan masyarakat di Bali.
“Ini merupakan konsep tanam tuwuh, menanam benih-benih peradaban, dengan mengedepankan kesadaran kolektif tentang pentingnya kolaborasi dalam membangun dan merawat Bali termasuk SDM nya secara berkelanjutan,” ucap Bupati Giri Prasta.
Ia juga mengatakan bahwa Balai Banjar, Wantilan, Pura merupakan simbol budaya, dengan pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut merupakan jembatan emas/legacy bagi generasi penerus yang kedepan akan bersaing untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonominya sendiri.
“Saya selaku Bupati dengan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat yang ada di Banjar Adat Batur Kota sudah membuat sejarah baru, sehingga infrastruktur ini bisa dinikmati selamanya oleh anak cucu kita terutama yang ada di Banjar Adat Batur Kota ini sehingga ke depan mereka akan hanya memikirkan bagaimana sisi ekonominya sendiri,” imbuhnya.
Lebih lanjut, Giri Prasta juga berpesan, agar dibangunkan Taman Gumi Banten sebagai penunjang kebutuhan sarana prasarana upacara, sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan upacara tidak lagi menyuplai atau mendatangkan kebutuhan sarana upacara, upakara dan uparengga tersebut dari daerah lain diluar pulau Bali.
Selanjutnya, Bupati Giri Prasta berharap kepada seluruh krama untuk selalu bersatu antara anak-anak, pemuda dan orang tua, karena dengan bersatu akan memberi jembatan emas bagi generasi ke depan.
“Kita boleh maju, tapi jangan sampai menggerus akar adat, seni, dan budaya,” pesan Bupati Giri Prasta.
Kelian Dinas I Gd Eka Asaudin mewakili Krama Banjar Adat Batur Kota, menyampaikan terima kasih atas kehadiran Bupati Badung.
