JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), Erick Thohir mengaku sedih karena dirinya dituding menerima uang sampai Rp200 miliar dalam kasus PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero).
“Mohon maaf lho, saya boleh nih agak curhat sedikit, bukannya baper (bawa perasaan),” kata Erick saat ditemui di SPBU MT. Haryono, Jakarta Selatan, Senin (23/12/2019).
Tuduhan itu kata dia bermula saat dirinya enggan memberikan komentar saat ditanya soal kasus Jiwasraya.
Salah satu media pun memanipulasi dengan menyebut ada dana yang mengalir kepadanya.
“Waktu di acara BRI kemarin, ketika saya bungkam soal Jiwasraya, kan saya bilang, hari ini kasih kesempatan untuk UMKM jualan, nanti Jiwasraya ada. Cuma teman-teman bilang bungkam, terus sekarang diputarbalikkan, Erick Thohir terima duit Rp 100 miliar, Rp 200 miliar, eh duit dari mana terimanya? Gitu loh. Jangan dipolitisasi,” cerita Erick.
“Kita ini bekerja secara objektif dan tidak ada niat memanipulasi. Orang kami ingin betulin kok, jadi tolong konteksnya,” sambungnya.
Erick berharap, seluruh masyarakat mendukungnya untuk membersihkan BUMN. Termasuk diberikan kesempatan bekerja.
“Dengan segala kerendahan hati, tolong kami diberikan kesempatan bekerja. Menteri-menteri ini lagi kompak-kompaknya,” sebut dia.
