Waykanan-Lampung, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID |Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri Blambangan Umpu gelar sosialisasi pada siswa yang akan mengikuti Ujian Nasional (UN) tentang upaya pencegahan serta memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran Virus Covit-19 (Corona), kegiatan itu dilaksanakan dihalaman sekolah, Rabu (18/03/2020).
Selain sejumlah pelajar kelas XII yang didampingi guru, turut hadir Babinkamtibmas setempat.
Pada kesempatan itu Bidan Desa Blambangan Umpu memberikan wejangan pada siswa yang mengikuti sosialisasi tentang upaya pencegahan serta gejala terjangkit Corona.
Ketika ditemui usai sosialisasi pada siswa, Bidan Hevi yang mewakili pihak Puskesmas Blambangan Umpu mengatakan selain sosialisasi pencegahan Virus Corona, pihaknya mengecek siswa yang akan mengikuti Ujian Nasional (UN), jelasnya.
Masih menurut Hevi, pengecekan terhadap siswa, bila ada suhu badan yang tidak normal maka akan segera dirujuk dan ditindaklanjuti, selain itu pula supaya siswa memahami jika ini bukan liburan tapi ini Lock Down untuk diam dirumah guna memutus mata rantai Virus Corona.
Ditambahkannya, dengan pola hidup sehat maka kita dapat mencegah penularan Corona, karena penyebaran virus tersebut, dapat juga melalui tangan, oleh sebab itu cucilah tangan dengan air mengalir dan sabun, setidaknya selama 20 detik.
Pastikan seluruh bagian tangan tercuci hingga bersih, termasuk punggung tangan, pergelangan tangan, sela-sela jari, dan kuku. Setelah itu, keringkan tangan menggunakan tisu, handuk bersih, atau mesin pengering tangan, atau bisa juga membersihkan tangan dengan hand sanitizer, paparnya.
Selain disekolah – sekolah, sosialisasi pencegahan pun dilakukan pada masyarakat saat melaksanakan Posyandu.
Dia pula menjelaskan bagi penderita yang telah terinfeksi virus Corona, seseorang akan mengalami gejala mirip flu, seperti demam, batuk, dan pilek.
Tetapi setelah beberapa hari maka orang yang terserang infeksi virus corona bisa mengalami sesak napas akibat infeksi pada paru-paru (pneumonia), tukasnya.
Sementara itu Subuh Kurniawan sebagai Kepala SMK Negeri Blambangan Umpu menerangkan, kegiatan ini dalam rangka menyikapi Surat Edaran Gubernur Lampung untuk pencegahan wabah virus Corona pada pelajar.
Bagi siswa kelas X dan XI sudah diliburkan dari awal dan untuk sementara mereka belajar dirumah, namun bagi yang akan mengikuti UNBK yakni kelas XII maka butuh pengawasan, baik untuk pencegahan hingga pemeriksaan suhu badannya dan saat ini pihak sekolah telah bekerjasama dengan Dinas Kesehatan, ungkap Kepala Sekolah.
