JAKARTA, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID | Sejak 2015, pemerintah mengucurkan dana desa. Dana yang besar, tentu harus diikuti oleh pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan dana desa tersebut. Karena itu, Menteri Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia Abdul Halim Iskandar mengunjungi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) pada Selasa (3/3), berapa minggu yang lalu guna memperkuat pengawasan dana Desa.
Kunjungannya disambut oleh tiga Pimpinan KPK, Alexander Marwata, Lili Pintauli Siregar, dan Nawawi Pomolango. Dalam pertemuan itu, Wakil Ketua KPK Nawawi menyampaikan pendapatnya mengenai pengalaman selama ia menjadi hakim.
“Dulu itu, di Kabupaten Poso, ada satu kejaksaan cabang itu hobinya membawa kepala desa, bahkan yang nilai perkaranya hanya 4,5 juta rupiah. Di sini kita bisa bincangkan agar Kemendes bisa mencari formula seperti apa yang pas, seperti bahasanya pak Tito kemarin selaku Menteri Dalam Negeri, jangan mereka ini dihukum karena ketidakmampuannya,” ujar Nawawi.
Abdul Halim pun merespons baik usulan itu. Menurutnya, jika melihat dari besarnya dana desa maka pemerintah memang sangat membutuhkan penanganan yang sangat serius untuk mengawal pemanfaatan dan pelaporan dana desa.
Alokasi dana desa, APBDes dan pendapatan asli desa itu tiap tahun pasti akan meningkat, dan dana desanya juga meningkat. Misalnya tahun 2019 Rp 70 triliun, kemudian tahun 2020 jadi Rp 72 triliun, maka tahun depan pasti akan meningkat lagi. “Ini sangat strategis. Jika desa mampu mengelola ekonominya, dan masyarakatnya menjadi sejahtera maka ini menurunkan angka kemiskinan secara nasional,” papar Abdul.
Abdul pun menjelaskan, bahwa dana desa tahun 2020 senilai Rp72 triliun, sedangkan APBDes Indonesia sebesar Rp130 triliun. Menurutnya, APBDes itu berasal dari empat sumber. Pertama, dana desa APBN; kedua, alokasi dana desa dari kabupaten; ketiga, bantuan keuangan desa dari provinsi; dan keempat pendapatan asli desa.
Hal-hal tersebut yang lebih lanjut didiskusikan dalam pertemuan itu. Ia berharap dengan adanya pendampingan oleh KPK, maka pemanfaatan dana desa bisa semakin optimal.
Pertemuan tersebut juga dihadiri oleh jajaran Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi di antaranya Sekretaris Jenderal Anwar Sanusi, Inspektur Jenderal Anshar Husein, Dirjen Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Taufik Madjid, serta Deputi Pencegahan KPK Pahala Nainggolan, dan Koordinator Sekretariat Bersama Stranas PK Herda Helmijaya. /Beritaterkini
