Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) mendorong agar ada partisipasi di tingkat komunitas, baik itu Rukun Warga (RW) maupun Rukun Tetangga (RT) sehingga pemudik dari Jabodetabek agar diberlakukan sebagai orang dalam pemantauan (ODP) untuk menjalankan isolasi mandiri.
“Kemudian di hilir, pengawasan dan pengendalian di level daerah, utamanya di level kelurahan dan di level desa, sekarang ini saya lihat sudah mulai digerakkan oleh daerah dan mulai bergerak,” ujar Presiden Jokowi saat memberikan pengantar pada Ratas melalui Konferensi Media dari Istana Kepresidenan Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat, Kamis (2/4).
Untuk intervensi di hulu, Presiden melihat bantuan perlindungan sosial dan stimulus ekonomi akan sangat membantu sekali dalam bertahan, terutama di Ibu Kota.
“Saya kira kemarin Gubernur DKI juga sudah menyampaikan, 3,6 juta perlu dimasukkan di dalam jaring pengaman sosial dan yang sudah diberikan oleh Provinsi DKI 1,1 juta, artinya tinggal 2,5 juta yang perlu segera kita siapkan untuk dieksekusi di lapangan,” imbuh Presiden.
Selain itu, menurut Presiden, kemarin juga sudah pernah disampaikan, bahwa Dana Desa juga bisa digunakan untuk jaring pengaman sosial yang ada di desa.
“Kemudian intervensi di tengah, saya kira pembatasan pergerakan orang, yang kedua juga skenario jaga jarak yang aman,” kata Presisen.
Hal ini, menurut Presiden, sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan, dengan kedisiplinan yang kuat, akan memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap jumlah yang positif Covid-19 ini.
“Dan kalau kita lihat dengan musim yang ada sekarang, saya kira cuaca juga sangat mempengaruhi berkembangnya Covid-19 ini,” tutur Presiden pada bagian akhir pengantar. /Beritaterkini
