Korban Covid-19 Meningkat Gemass Lacona Desak Walikota Palembang Untuk Bersikap Tegas
Palembang, Beritaterkini.co.id Kota Palembang saat ini merupakan satu-satunya daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang menyadang predikat zona merah, sehingga tak heran sebagian besar masyarakat bertanya-tanya terkait langkah apa akan diambil oleh Pemkot Palembang dalam menangani pendemi covid-19.
Menyikapi hal tersebut, Ketua Gemass Lacona, Andreas OP mengatakan bahwa apabila Pemkot Palembang tidak cepat mengambil sikap tegas dalam penangangan covid 19 ini tentu akan di khawatirkan jumlah yang terpapar positif di Kota Palembang akan terus mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. Sabtu (4/7/2020)
“Kami selaku relawan hanya bisa mengingatkan Walikota Palembang bahwasanya kondisi Kota Palembang saat ini bisa dikatakan cukup darurat dalam penyebaran covid-19 mengingat pasca diterapkannya new normal masyarakat semakin aktif dalam beraktifitas sehingga apabila tidak cepat mengambil kebijakan, maka kami pastikan penyebaran covid-19 akan terus meningkat setiap harinya.” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Ia mengatakan bahwa kami sangat menyayangkan dengan pernyataan Walikota Palembang, Harnojoyo pada beberapa waktu lalu. “Kami nilai pernyataan tersebut, terkesan terburu-buru untuk mengalihkan penerapan PSBB menjadi Penegakan Disiplin Protokol Kesehatan. Apalagi Wako tidak memberikan keterangan yang jelas saat mengalihkan kebijakan tersebut.” katanya.
“Kami sependapat dengan apa yang disampaikan oleh Pengamat Kebijakan Publik sekaligus dosen Universitas Sriwijaya (Unsri), MH Thamrin pada media sumsel.idntimes.com yakni seharusnya Harnojoyo tidak terburu-buru mengalihkan penerapan PSBB menjadi Penegakan Disiplin Protokol Kesehatan” ungkapnya.
Apalagi dikatakan Andreas yang mengutip pernyataan MH Thamrin pada laman tersebut, bahwa WHO mengimbau agar pemimpin jangan pernah mengganti suatu kebijakan pengendalian baru, sebelum memastikan bahwa pandemik wabah ini benar-benar dapat terkendali.
“Artinya, apabila di kaji secara mendalam terkait pernyataan WHO tersebut, maka jelas bahwa apabila pandemik wabah ini belum benar-benar dapat terkendali dengan baik sudah jelas kepala daerah pun belum bisa menganti suatu kebijakan pengendalian baru” paparnya.
Bukan itu saja, kata Andreas bahwa kami sangat mengherankan jika Harnojoyo tidak mengetahui apabila Palembang menyadang predikat wilayah zona merah. “Kami menduga dan bertanya-tanya kok bisa ya kepala daerah malahan gak tahu kalu daerah yang di pimpinya zona merah, Anehkan..!!“ tandasnya.
Andreas OP menjelaskan pernyataan tersebut, senada dengan pernyataan Ahli Epidemiologi dari Fakultas Kedokteran Unsri, Dr. Iche Andriyani Liberty, M.Kes, yakni “analisis yang dilakukan pihaknya membuktikan Palembang tak pernah berubah dari zona merah. Padahal Harnojoyo usai mengakhiri PSBB pada 16 Juni lalu menyebutkan, kota yang ia pimpin sudah berubah ke zona oranye. Namun sayangnya, Harnojoyo mengungkap ketidaktahuannya terkait zona merah di Palembang.” Pernyataan ini dikutipnya dari laman sumsel.idntimes.com.
Selanjutnya, Ia juga menyampaikan bahwa ketidaktahuan Harnojoyo tersebut mungkin bisa jadi hanya sebagai spontanitas dia saja atau mungkin bisa di duga belum adanya laporan dari Dinas terkait mengenai hal tersebut.
“Kita hanya bisa menduga-duga saja karena kita hanya masyarakat awam yang butuh transparansi dari Pemkot baik dalam penggunaan anggaran bahkan perkembangan penanganan covid-19” katanya.
Andreas OP menyampaikan pula pendapat yang sama dengan apa yang diutarakan oleh Direktur Eksekutif LEA Foundation bahwasanya “Pemkot jangan berharap masyarakat dapat sadar jika aturan hukum tidak kuat dan disiplin tidak diterapkan. Kesadaran harus lebih dahulu muncul dari pemerintah, kemudian diimplementasikan dalam bentuk produk kebijakan yang mengikat.” pernyataan ini dikutipnya dari laman beritapagi.co.id
“Kenapa saya sependapat dengan apa yang disampaikan Lury tersebut . Alasanya simpel klu mau masyarakat patuh dan sadar akan aturan kebijakan yang dibuat maka kepala daerah dulu yang mematuhinya baru masyarakat akan diikut mematuhinya seperti pepatah Guru kencing berdiri murid kencing bediri pula” tegasnya.
Andreas OP meminta dan mendesak DPRD Kota Palembang segera bentuk Pansus terkiat anggaran Covid-19 dan meminta pula kepada Mendagri melalui Gubernur untuk dapat memberhentikan Walikota Palembang ,sebagai mana arahan juga dari presiden RI untuk menindak Gubernur, Bupati, Walikota yang tidak serius menangani covid 19. pungkasnya (Rilis/Danu)
