Dituduh Nikahi Istri Orang, Ketua Bawaslu Lombok Tengah Siap Lapor Balik

MATARAM, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Ketua Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Lombok Tengah, Abdul Hanan dilaporkan atas tuduhan menikahi seorang perempuan bernama Baiqiatussolihah. Perempuan tersebut sebelumnya masih berstatus istri dari Raden Faozi.

Raden Faozi bersama pengacara melaporkan Abdul Hanan atas tuduhan menikahi perempuan yang berstatus istri sahnya.

Sementara Abdul Hanan yang dikonfirmasi terkait tuduhan tersebut dengan tegas membantahnya.

Abdul Hanan melalui kuasa hukumnya, Yudi Sudiyatna, SH, mengatakan telah diberi kuasa untuk menanggapi laporan tersebut.

“Saudara AH (Abdul Hanan) sudah berikan kuasa ke kita. Jadi kita sudah mempersiapkan langkah-langkah hukum menanggapi laporan si pelapor ini,” katanya, Jumat, 17 Juli 2020.

Yudi bersama tim pengacara lainnya antara lain Wahidjan, SH, Amri Nuryadin, SH, Dwi Soedarsono, SH , dkk akan melakukan pelaporan balik terhadap laporan yang dilayangkan oleh Raden Faozi dan pengacaranya.

“Kita akan melakukan tindakan hukum dengan melaporkan pihak-pihak terkait atas tuduhan dan laporan terhadap AH adalah fitnah belaka,” ungkap Wahidjan, SH.

Ia mengatakan telah melakukan investigasi terhadap dugaan pernikahan antara Abdul Hanan dan Baiqiatussolihah. Dari hasil investigasi pada keluarga perempuan, pernikahan tersebut tidak pernah terjadi. Sehingga, pengacara menyimpulkan tuduhan tersebut adalah fitnah.

“Kita dari tim juga sudah melakukan investigasi termasuk menemui keluarga si perempuan ini dan memang tidak pernah terjadi pernikahan antara AH dan si perempuan itu,” tegas Wahidjan, SH.

Sementara itu dalam kacamata seorang lawyer, Yudi melihat dan menduga ada upaya pembunuhan karakter terhadap Abdul Hanan, mengingat saat ini posisi Abdul Hanan adalah seorang pejabat negara.

“Unsur pencemaran nama baik dan pembunuhan karakter terhadap AH, karena kita tidak bisa lepaskan bahwa hari ini AH adalah pejabat negara, secara institusi juga sudah sangat merusak. Oleh karena itu kita mengambil tindakan tegas,” imbuhnya.

Tim penasehat hukum Abdul Hanan juga akan melaporkan penasehat hukum Raden Faozi ke dewan kehormatan organisasi advokat tempat mereka terdaftar. Itu karena pengacara Raden Faozi telah secara subjektif mengunggah berita-berita terkait dugaan pernikahan tersebut ke akun Facebooknya. Padahal, dugaan pernikahan tersebut telah dilaporkan ke aparat penegak hukum.

“Termasuk pada penasehat hukum pelapor ini. Kita laporkan ke dewan kehormatan organisasi advokat yang bersangkutan, karena di satu sisi dia bertindak sebagai jurnalis. Di Facebook dia masukan berita terkait dan sangat subjektif. Seharusnya saat dia menyerahkan perkara ke penegak hukum harus dihormati juga,” tegasnya.

Terakhir, Yudi meminta aparat penegak hukum mengusut aktor intelektual atas dugaan fitnah pernikahan tersebut.

“Kita akan meminta aparat penegak hukum untuk
mengusut aktor intelektual dari fitnah terhadap AH ini. Kami yakin dari analisa kami ada aktor intelektual,” imbuhnya.(Red/Aj)
