*Jokowi, Omnibus Law, Sesat Pikir Bangsa Dan Buruknya Strategi Komunikasi*

Apakah UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law sudah sempurna? Sudah pasti jauh dari sempurna. Banyak hal perlu diperbaiki dan disempurnakan.

Tapi langkah ini adalah sebuah terobosan yang brilian dari Presiden Jokowi.

Kita semua tahu, negara ini bertahun-tahun berbagai peraturan silang sengkarut tidak karuan.

Banyak peraturan saling tumpang tindih dan bahkan banyak peraturan satu berlawanan dengan peraturan yang lain. Apalagi setelah reformasi dan era otonomi daerah.

Kepala Daerah baik Gubernur maupun Bupati/Walikota menjelma jadi raja kecil yang mengatur daerahnya sekehendak udelnya sendiri.

Upaya Presiden Jokowi, pasti sudah diperhitungkan dari awal bahwa akan banyak resistensi atau penolakan dari berbagai penjuru angin.

Mulai dari kepala daerah sampai pimpinan serikat pekerja yang kehilangan taringnya di Omnibus Law ini. Para kepala daerah yang bermental koruptif ini mati-matian mempertahankan kewenangannya.

Apapun mereka lakukan meskipun harus menabrak etika ketatanegaraan sekalipun. Mereka tidak membela rakyat.

Mereka sedang membela periuk korupsi dari birokrasi perizinan yang selama ini mereka nikmati. Di sisi lain, para pentolan serikat pekerja juga kebakaran jenggot karena perannya dikurangi signifikan dalam UU Cipta Kerja ini.

Pada saat kewenangan mereka direduksi, otomatis daya tawar mereka untuk memeras pengusaha, Pemerintah dan buruh semakin rendah. Makanya para pimpinan serikat pekerja ini mati-matian menolak UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law ini.

Kelompok yang sudah mapan di zona nyaman tapi sesat pikir ini mati-matian dengan menggunakan segala cara untuk membatalkan pengesahan UU Omnibus Law ini. Mereka hanya berpikir pragmatis.

Mereka lebih cenderung memikirkan kepentingan mereka sendiri. Di sisi lain ada beberapa kelompok yang serta merta menunggangi aksi penolakan ini.

Kelompok rezim lama yang selama ini terganggu dengan gebrakan Presiden Jokowi maupun kelompok yang ambisius pingin kebelet berkuasa. Mereka rata-rata punya uang yang melimpah tanpa batas.

Mereka mendompleng aksi penolakan terhadap UU Cipta Kerja Omnibus Law ini karena merasa musuh bersama yaitu Presiden Jokowi.

Namun yang agak mengherankan mengapa konstelasi ini abai ditangkap dengan cermat oleh para pembantu Presiden Jokowi.

Strategi komunikasi Kabinet Indonesia Maju sangat buruk. Presiden dibiarkan menjadi sasaran tembak.

Dari anggota Kabinet Indonesia Maju, hanya terlihat Menko Maritim dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Panjaitan yang berani secara terbuka ‘die-hard’ melindungi Presiden. Menteri yang lain entah kemana.

Dalam strategi komunikasi politik berlaku *”Pertahanan Terbaik Adalah Menyerang”.* Hal ini tidak dilakukan oleh Tim Komunikasi Presiden dalam menghadapi serangan masif di darat dan di udara.

Tim Komunikasi Presiden hanya bertindak seolah menjadi pemadam kebakaran. Hanya bertindak secara sporadis. Akhirnya istana seperti babak belur digempur musuh. Ironisnya bantuan perlawanan justru datang dari kelompok partikelir dari ‘civil society’ yang masih punya akal sehat. Jujur saya gemes.

Kasihan Presiden Jokowi, kehidupan dan pengabdiannya yang diwakafkan untuk memperbaiki negeri ini, terkesan sia-sia karena pembantunya yang berdiri tidak pada tempatnya.
