BeritaTerkini.com – Terkait dengan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), Presiden Jokowi menggelar rapat membahas evaluasi penerapan secara virtual bersama Wakil Presiden Ma’ruf Amin dan sejumlah gubernur dari Jawa, Sumatera hingga Bali.
Setelah rapat di laksanakan, Letjen Doni Manardo sebagai Kepala Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 mengatakan, “bahwa Jokowi tidak memaksa pemerintah daerah untuk menerapkan PSBB. Pemerintah daerah dapat menggunakan kearifan lokal untuk melawan penyebaran virus tersebut.”
“Daerah-daerah bisa memilih cara pendekatan yang sesuai dengan kondisi masing-masing termasuk memanfaatkan kearifan lokal,” kata Doni kepada wartawan, Selasa (12/5/2020).
“Jadi walaupun tidak ada pemaksaan, tapi daerah diharapkan secara optimal meningkatkan kemampuan daerahnya termasuk kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap protokol kesehatan,” ujar Doni.
Di Indonesia hanya Provinsi Bali yang tidak menerapkan PSBB. Karena penyebaran virus Corona di bali mampu untuk di kendalikan tanpa menerapkan PSBB.
Dari informasi yang di dapat, ada warga yang positif Covid-19 sebanyak 317 orang dan akhirnya sembuh 210 orang, 4 diantaranya meninggal.
Sejak merebaknya kasus Covid-19, di wilayah bali baru di temukan kasus pada 10 Maret. Gubernur Bali I Wayan Koster menegaskan, tanpa menerapkan PSBB Pemprov Bali langsung bergerak cepat untuk memutus rantai virus ini supaya penyebarannya dapat di tekan.
“Sejak muncul pada 10 Maret kami langsung buat pola penanganan dalam bentuk kebijakan, operasional kebijakan, dan operasional di lapangan. Jadi ada tiga level,” kata Koster.
Koster juga mengatakan, “Pemprov Bali memberdayakan sekitar 1.493 Desa Adat untuk memberikan edukasi dan pengertian kepada masyarakat agar mau mengikuti anjuran pemerintah seperti rajin mencuci tangan hingga tidak keluar rumah.
“Karena desa adat punya hukum adat, pengendaliannya warganya jadi sangat tertib dan disiplin dan berjalan dengan sangat baik,” ucap Koster.
“Selain itu kelebihannya, di desa ini juga ada satu keyakinan dengan ritual agama niskala, ritual adat keagamaan yang jadi keyakinan masyarakat di Bali ketika ada wabah, itu memang ada warisan leluhur yang bisa dijadikan satu pedoman untuk laksanakan itu secara ritual,” tuturnya.
