Personel Satgas Pamtas Yonif RK 744/SYB dalam melaksanakan tugasnya berusaha meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran perekonomian.
Upaya yang dilakukan diantaranya membantu memajukan hasil pertanian warga binaan di perbatasan RI-RDTL di desa Dafala, Dusun Buburlaka, kecamatan Tasifeto Timur, Kabupaten Belu, Nusa Tenggara Timur, pada Sabtu (24/10/2020).
Hal tersebut disampaikan Dansatgas Yonif RK 744/SYB Letkol Inf Alfat Denny Andrian, dalam rilis tertulisnya di Kabupaten Belu, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Minggu (25/10/2020).
Dikatakannya, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan oleh 6 (enam) personel Pos Dafala Satgas Pamtas RI-RDTL Yonif 744/SYB yang dipimpin Serda Erwin Mappiasse yakni dengan membantu warga setempat bernama bapak Marsel Moruk (50) untuk panen tomat di kebunnya di desa Dafala Dusun Buburlaka, Kecamatan Tasifeto Timur, Kabupaten Belu, NTT.
“Kegiatan tersebut adalah hasil komunikasi sosial dengan warga sebagai komitmen seluruh jajaran Pos Dafala Satgas Yonif Rk 744/ SYB untuk selalu membantu warga di daerah penugasan, baik menjamin keamanannya maupun dapat mensejahterakan kehidupan warga perbatasan,” jelasnya.
“Kami personel Satgas Pamtas RI-RDTL Sektor Timur Yonif RK 744/SYB semua ingin lebih dekat dengan masyarakat, dapat membantu masyarakat baik dalam bidang pertanian ataupun hal positif lainnya,” ujarnya.
Dirinya berharap, apa yang dilakukan personelnya dapat semakin memperkokoh kemanunggalan TNI-Rakyat dan mempererat hubungan silaturahmi dengan warga perbatasan Ri-RDTL.
Marsel Moruk (50) selaku pemilik kebun menyampaikan terima kasihnya kepada personel Pos Dafala Satgas Pamtas RI-RDTL Yonif RK 744/SYB. Menurutnya, meskipun baru dua bulan bertugas, namun kehadiran personel Satgas di kampungnya telah sering membantu warga.
