Kemenkumham Sebut 49 WNA yang Tiba di Kendari Berangkat dari China Hanya Punya Visa Kunjungan

KENDARI, Beritaterkini.co.id|Kementerian Hukum dan Ham Sultra merilis catatan perjalanan 49 WNA asal China yang tiba Minggu malam kemarin. Secara resmi, Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kemenkumham Sultra, Sofyan menyampaikan bahwa WNA tersebut tak memperpanjang Izin Kerja di Jakarta. Tetapi, 49 WNA tersebut adalah WNA baru, yang datang dari China melalui Bandara Soerkarno Hatta Jakarta setelah transit di Bangkok, Thailand. 49 WNA ini sebelumnya telah menjalani Karantina di Thailand dan menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan KKP di Bandara Soekarno Hatta.
Gubernur Sultra Ali Mazi, bersama Kepala Kantor Kemenkumham Sultra, Sofyan dan juga Kepala Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Sultra Saemu Alwi saat memberikan keterangan persnya kepada Media.

Kabar ini menjadi bukti bahwa Kapolda Sultra Brigjen Pol Merdysyam menyampaikan informasi yang salah kepada masyarakat, malam kemarin di Rujab Gubenur Sultra. Dia sebelumnya merinci, bahwa hanya ada 40 WNA yang datang dari Jakarta, TKA asal PT VDNI yang memperpanjang izin Kerja. Dia juga tak berpikir panjang, langsung menangkap Pengunggah Video viral WNA di Bandara HLO Kendari tanpa mendapat informasi yang benar-benar pasti.
Adapun Sofyan tak mau mengomentari kesalahan informasi yang disampaikan Kapolda Sultra Brigjen Pol Merdysyam. Sofyan hanya bilang, bahwa apa yang disampaikan Kapolda adalah informasi yang bersifat awal.
“Tidak salah juga. Namun informasinya sifatnya baru awal,”tutur Sofyan dalam konferensi Pers, setelah menggelar Rapat Tertutup di Kantor Rujab Gubernur, bersama Ali Mazi, Kapolda Sultra, Kepala Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Sultra, Saemu Alwi.
Yang paling menarik, Sofyan menyebutkan bahwa WNA ini tak memiliki izin kerja. Namun, mereka mempunyai visa Kunjungan yang sebelumnya dikeluarkan oleh KBRI Beijing, pada 14 Januari lalu. Hanya saja, visa Kunjungan tersebut dipelintir bahwa visa tersebut adalah visa Kunjungan untuk calon tenaga kerja TKA, dalam rangka kegiatan uji coba kemampuan kerja. Sofyan bilang, ke 49 WNA ini telah menjalani pemeriksaan kesehatan melalui KKP Jakarta. Namun, dia mengakui mereka tak di Karantina selama 14 Hari seperti ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.
“Yang jelasnya kami hanya mendapatkan rekomendasi dari KKP bahwa mereka telah mengantongi kartu kewaspadaan Kesehatan. Jadi, kemungkinan besar sudah di cek kesehatannya. Apalagi sudah menjalani Karantina di Thailand selama 15 hari mulai dari 29 Februari hingga 15 Maret. Kalau soal izin Kunjungan, bisa 60 hari menjadi calon pekerja,”katanya.
Mengenai pemosting Video viral yang ditangkap oleh Polda Sultra, Gubenur Sultra Ali Mazi bilang, sebaliknya. Dia justru mengapresiasi masyarakat yang telah melaporkan informasi adanya WNA yang datang dari Luar ke Bandara HLO Kendari. Namun, Ali tetap meminta masyarakat agar menyampaikan informasi dengan tidak memosting ya ke Media Sosial. Lebih baik disampaikan secara resmi.
“Masyarakat itu sudah benar. Tapi, caranya yang kurang baik. Tapi kami terimakasih kepada yang menyampaikan informasi melakui video tersebut. Dia memastikan pengunggah itu tak diproses hukum,”tegasnya
