Pada hari Selasa tanggal 01 Oktober 2019 pukul 09.00 s.d 11.48 WIB, bertempat diruang Rapat Paripurna gedung Nusantara MPR/DPR/DPD RI Jakarta Pusat telah diselenggarakan Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah/Janji Anggota DPR, DPD dan MPR RI Periode 2019-2024. Pejabat yang hadir dalam rapat ini adalah Presiden RI dan Wakil Presiden RI (Joko Widodo dan Yusuf Kalla), mantan Wakil Presiden RI (Tri Sutrisno), Pimpinan MPR RI, Pimpinan DPR RI, Pimpinan DPD RI priode 2014-2019, Menteri Kabinet Kerja, Panglima TNI, Kapolri, Kepala BIN, Kepala Staf Angkatan, Jaksa Agung, Ketua BPK, Ketua KY, Pimpinan Lembaga Non Kementerian, Pimpinan KPK, Deputi Gubernur BI, Gubernur Lemhanas, Dubes negara sahabat dan lainnya. Rapat dipimpin oleh Indra Iskandar (Sekjen DPR RI), dihadiri oleh 711 anggota MPR RI masa bakti 2019-2024.

a. Agenda rapat adalah Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah/Janji Anggota DPR, DPD dan MPR RI Periode 2019-2024.

Pukul 09.15 WIB Arif Rahman Hakim (Sekjen KPU), menyampaikan : Sumpah dan janji anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia anggota Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia serta anggota Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia pada kesempatan yang baik ini, kami menyampaikan daftar nama tertua dan termuda berdasarkan pengumuman Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum nomor 56/PL.9/6/KPU/9/2019 tentang calon terpilih anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dan Dewan Perwakilan Daerah yang tertua dan termuda dalam Pemilihan Umum tahun 2019 adalah bagai berikut :

1) Pertama untuk Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia satu anggota tertua nama Abdul Wahab Dalimunthe lahir 10 Januari 1939 usia 80 tahun jenis kelamin laki-laki agama Islam nama partai politik Partai Demokrat daerah pemilihan Sumatera Utara II. Anggota termuda nama Hillary Brigitta Lasut 1996 usia 23 tahun jenis kelamin perempuan agama Kristen Protestan nama partai politik Partai Nasdem daerah pemilihan Sulawesi Utara perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia.

2) Kedua, Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia tertua nama Sabam Sirait tempat tanggal lahir Tanjungbalai 13 Oktober 1936 usia 82 Tahun jenis kelamin laki-laki agama Kristen daerah pemilihan Provinsi DKI Jakarta II. Anggota termuda nama Maharani 20 September 1997 usia 22 tahun jenis kelamin perempuan agama Islam daerah pemilihan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

3) Untuk Anggota Majelis Permusawatan Rakyat RI Usia anggota tertua nama Sabam Sirait tempat tanggal lahir Tanjungbalai 13 Oktober 1936 usia 82 Tahun jenis kelamin laki-laki agama Kristen daerah pemilihan Provinsi DKI Jakarta II. Anggota termuda nama Maharani tempat tanggal lahir Palembang 20 September 1997 usia 22 tahun jenis kelamin perempuan agama Islam daerah pemilihan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

c. Pukul 09.24 WIB, Indra Iskandar (Sekjen DPR RI), menyampaikan : Komisi Pemilihan Umum Republik Indonesia Nomor 56/01.9/06/KPU/9/2019 tentang calon terpilih anggota DPR dan DPD yang tertua dan termuda umum tahun 2019 tanggal 26 September 2019 dengan ini kami umumkan pimpinan sementara DPR RI adalah sebagai berikut : Ketua sementara saudara Haji Abdul Wahab Dalimunthe SH Partai Demokrat daerah pemilihan Sumatera Utara II, Wakil ketua sementara Hillary Brigitta Lasut Partai Nasdem daerah pemilihan Sulawesi Utara.

d. Pukul 09.27 WIB, Redonyer Moenek (Sekjen DPD RI), menyampaikan : Tentang pimpinan sementara DPD RI paripurna ke-1 DPD RI tanggal 1 Oktober 2019, pengumuman sementara DPD RI dalam sidang paripurna ke-1 DPD RI tanggal 1 Oktober 2019 berdasarkan pengumuman Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum calon terpilih anggota Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia yang tertua dan termuda adalah Nama Sabam Sirait usia 82 Tahun Dapil DKI Jakarta II, termuda nama Maharani usia 22 tahun Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

e. Pukul 09.32 WIB, Maruf Cahyono (Sekjen MPR RI), menyampaikan : Pengumuman Komisi Pemilihan Umum nomor 56/PL.9/No 6 KPU/IX/2019 tentang calon terpilih anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dan Dewan Perwakilan Daerah yang tertua dan termuda dalam Pemilihan Umum tahun 2019 ketentuan pasal 20 ayat 2 peraturan Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 tentang tata tertib Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia yang menyatakan bahwa pimpinan sementara majelis Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia berasal dari anggota Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia yang tertua dan termuda dari fraksi dan/atau kelompok DPD yang berbeda. Pimpinan sementara Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Republik Indonesia sesuai dengan ketentuan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut :

1) Pertama ketua sementara Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat Sabam Sirait lahir Tanjungbalai 13 Oktober 1936 usia 82 Tahun calon terpilih anggota Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia daerah provinsi DKI Jakarta II.

2) Kedua Wakil ketua sementara Hillary Brigitta Lasut lahir Manado 22 Mei 1996 usia 23 tahun calon terpilih anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia dari Partai Nasdem daerah pemilihan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.

2). Penyerahan memorandom Ketua DPR RI priode 2014-2019 kepada pimpinan sementara DPR RI masa bakti 2019-2014.

Pukul 10.38 s.d 11.02 WIB, bertempat diruang Rapat Paripurna gedung Nusantara MPR/DPR/DPD RI Jakarta Pusat telah diselenggarakan Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah/Janji Anggota DPD RI Periode 2019-2024.
