BANDUNG- BERITATERKINI.CO.ID- Dengan berkembangnya zaman yang semakin modern dan online, serta tuntutan masyarakat yang mengharuskan setiap pelayanan serba praktis dan cepat
Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum (Ditjen AHU) yang disikapi Kanwil Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat melakukan terobosan berupa layanan AHU online.
Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Jawa Barat untuk mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat mengenai AHU Online menggelar CFD di Taman Dago Cikapayang, Minggu (20/10/19).
Edukasi Sehat bersama Kemenkumham Jabar tema CFD yang diambil, selain untuk mengajak masyarakat sekitar sehat dengan bersenam juga untuk memperkenalkan kepada masyarakat mengenai layanan AHU Online.
Olga Tristin yang biasa akrab di panggil ORIN ini adalah salah satu staf CPNS 2018 pada Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar yang didukung Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Hukum, Ahmad Kapi Sutisna dan Kasubid AHU, Anton Tri Oktabiono bersama jajarannya melakukan kegiatan Rancangan Aktualisasi Pelatihan Dasar, dengan judul Sosialisasi Modul Aplikasi AHU Online melalui Media Digital dan Ruang Terbuka Publik, memberikan pemahaman ke masyarakat yang ada di CFD mengenai dengan mudahnya melakukan Layanan Fidusia, Layanan Sistem Administrasi Badan Usaha, Layanan Perseroan Terbatas, Layanan Aplikasi Legalisasi Elektronik dan lain sebagainya, tanpa perlu datang ke Kantor Wilayah maupun ke Direktorat Jenderal AHU Kemenkumham.
Runtutan kegiatan acara diawali dengan senam pagi bersama, pembukaaan dan penyuluhan tentang Layanan AHU Online, hiburan musik dan kesenian tari jaipong serta pambagian door prize.
Melalui wawancarannya dengan tim Humas Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar, Ahmad Kapi selaku Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Hukum Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan langkah praktis untuk bisa memberikan pencerahan kepada masyarakat luas khususnya di kota Bandung,” Hal ini juga merupakan aktualisasi sekaligus secara general mensosialisasikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat umum terkait layanan AHU Online seperti permohonan membuat PT (Persero Terbatas) CV, Yayasan, jaminan fidusia, penyidik pegawai negeri sipil, semuanya ini merupakan tercakup dalam layanan AHU Online pada Kanwil Kemenkumham Jabar.”ucapnya.
