Badung, beritaterkini.co.id – Hobi memasak memang tidak mengenal profesi, hal itu terjadi di Rumah Makan Man Tamblun yang terletak di Jalan Raya Kapal, Sempidi, Badung. Dimana chefnya merupakan seorang politikus yang pernah menjadi Anggota DPRD Badung pada 2014-2019 yang duduk menjadi Anggota Komisi I DPRD Badung, Nyoman Ardana. Olahan daging kambing Nyoman Ardana pun mempunyai rasa tersendiri, terbukti ketika baru dibuka sudah ratusan porsi terjual.

Ardana menjelaskan, dirinya membuka rumah makan akibat memiliki hobi masak dan ngelawar, sehingga ketika sudah menyelasaikan tugasnya di DPRD Badung pihaknya terus berkarya kepada masyarakat menjadi pengusaha lokal dibidang kuliner.

“Berdirinya warung berawal dari hobi dan sudah ada niat dari dulu untuk membuka usaha, tpi karena kemarin-kemarin masih fokus mengabdi ke masyarakat lewat politik masih tertunda, akhirnya usai menjadi dewan saya baru bisa membuka usaha ini bersama keluarga,” tegasnya Minggu (26/10/2910).

Ia juga menjelaskan, berdirinya rumah makan lawar kambing di Jalan Raya Kapal merupakan tampilan beda dari rumah makan lainya, sebab dijalur Lukluk sampai Kapal banyak rumah makan yang menjual babi guling saja sedangkan untuk olahan kambing bisa dikatakan hampir tidak ada. Sekalipun ada yang menjual menu olahan kambing di jalur tersebut hanya menjual sate saja, jadi menu lawar kambing sangat tepat berada di jalur Luluk – Kapal.

“Jujur saja saya sangat suka mebad apalagi dengan membuat lawar babi, tetapi saya melihat di wilayah Lukluk sampai Kapal hampir semua rumah makan bermenu babi, jadi saya buat saja rumah makan yang tampil beda yaitu lawar kambing dan kuwir,” imbuhnya.

Ardana melanjutkan, harga lawar kambing yang dijual olehnya cukup proposional yaitu Rp 45000, sesuai dengan harga bahan bakunya yang cukup mahal. Dan dipastikan kualitas rasa makanan yang di olahnya tidak akan kecewa sebab harga menentukan kualitas. Hal tersebut terbukti beberapa pejabat dan politikus dari berbagai warna singgah kewarung Man Tamblun, bahkan rombongan pencinta mobil jeep pun singgah untuk menikmati lawar kambing Man Tamblun.

“Kalo dari harga warung saya bisa dikatakan tidak murah, hanya saja sesuai dengan pasar dan kualitas,” ucapnya.

Dari pantauan wartawan Jarrakpos.com terlihat Mantan Wakil Bupati, I Made Sudiana mampir untuk memesan makan lawar kambing Man Tamblun, bahkan setelah selesai makan Sudiana pun memesan lagi untuk dibungkus dibawa pulang. “Karena rasa lawar kambing Man Tamblun sangat enak, saya tambah lagi memesan untuk keluarga di rumah,” ucapnya.

Tidak hanya Sudiana saja yang datang, Mantan Anggota DPRD Provinsi I Nengah Tamba bersama istrinya juga sempat menyinggahi Warung Man Tamblun, sebelum pulang ke kampung halamannya Kabupaten Negara.(*)
