JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Helmi Kurniawan atau Iwan, tersangka kasus kepemilikan senjata api ilegal mengaku jika dirinya mendapatkan perintah dari Kivlan Zein untuk membeli senjata guna mengantisipasi potensi mulculnya Partai Komunis Indonesia (PKI).
Namun demikian, Kivlan Zein justru meminta dirinya untuk mengintai Wiranto dan Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan.
Penjelasan ini terungkap dalam fakta persidangan ketika Iwan bersaksi untuk terdakwa Habil Marati. Hakim Ketua, Hariono, lalu menanyakan relevansi Wiranto dan Luhut dengan PKI.
“Memang bukan (PKI), tapi mungkin, bagi kami di TNI sendiri Pak Luhut dan Pak Wiranto memang kami anggap sebagai pengkhianat institusi,” ungkap Iwan saat bersaksi di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, Kamis, (31/10/2019).
Iwan sebagai mantan prajurit Komando Pasukan Khusus (Kopassus) percaya begitu saja dengan apa disampaikan Kivlan. Karena ia menganggap jika Kivlan merupakan seniornya di TNI.
Namun, Iwan urung menjalani perintah Kivlan setelah diminta mengintai Wiranto dan Luhut, bahkan ada rencana pembunuhan. Dia berujar menghindar dari Kivlan.
“Karena saya tahu itu salah karena bagaimanapun mereka pejabat publik maka tidak saya lakukan,” ucap dia.
Iwan, Kivlan, dan Habil terseret kasus yang sama, yakni kepemilikan senjata api ilegal. Iwan didakwa sebagai pembeli senjata atas perintah Kivlan Zen. Sementara Habil didakwa sebagai penyedia dana pembelian senjata tersebut.
