Gugat Anies Baswedan, OC Kaligis Minta Bambang Widjojanto Dicopot dari TGUPP

JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Advokat senior Otto Cornelis (OC) Kaligis menggugat Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan terkait pengangkatan Bambang Widjojanto sebagai Ketua Komite Pencegahan Korupsi.

Dalam gugatannya, OC Kaligis meminta agar Anies mencopot dan memberhentikan Bambang Widjojanto dari jabatan tersebut.

“Menjatuhkan putusan provisi dengan menyatakan bahwa pengangkatan Bambang Widjojanto selaku Ketua Komite Pencegahan Korupsi pada Tim Gubernur untuk Percepatan Pembangunan dibatalkan sebelum diadakan pemeriksaan pokok perkara,” bunyi petitum permohonan OC Kaligis seperti dikutip dari website Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (20/11/2019).

Permohonan gugatan itu terdaftar dengan nomor perkara 397/Pdt.G/2019/PN Jkt.Pst. Dalam permohonannya, Kaligis menggugat Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan.

“Menghukum tergugat untuk membayar ganti kerugian kepada penggugat atas perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh tergugat dengan rincian sebagai berikut: Kerugian materiil, bahwa sebagai akibat dari Perbuatan Melawan Hukum yang dilakukan oleh tergugat, maka penggugat mengalami kerugian materiil sebesar Rp 1 juta,” bunyi permohonan itu.

Sidang perdana sudah digelar pada tanggal 6 Agustus 2019 lalu. Sidang selanjutnya akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 November 2019 mendatang.

Ia berharap hakim bisa mengabulkan seluruh permohonan yang diajukan dirinya.

“Mengabulkan gugatan yang diajukan oleh penggugat untuk seluruhnya. Menyatakan tergugat telah melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum, dan menghukum tergugat untuk memberhentikan Bambang Widjojanto sebagai Ketua Komite Pencegahan Korupsi,” tulis permohonan Kaligis.

Kaligis mengatakan bahwa Bambang Widjojanto sudah tidak layak menjadi Ketua Komite Pencegahan Korupsi sejak berhenti menjadi pimpinan KPK.

“Dia nggak pernah direhabilitasi namanya. Nggak pernah dapat gaji di KPK, dapat gaji di DKI. Dan ditempat basah lagi, semua urusan tanah, IMB, reklamasi itu urusan. Jadi pinter ini, sudah diberhentikan di KPK, namanya nggak pernah di-rehabilitir, dia berkoar-koar lagi di DKI,” kata Kaligis di PN Jaksel, Jalan Ampera Raya, Rabu (20/11/2019).

Dia menyebut perkara ini sudah berjalan. “Sudah jalan banget (perkara). Saya mau lihat dia dilindungi Anies Baswedan apa nggak,” ucapnya.
