JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR Fraksi NasDem, Ahmad Sahroni mengatakan bahwa rencana pembubaran Tim Pengawalan Pengamanan Pemerintahan dan Pembangunan Pusat (TP4P) serta Tim Pengawalan Pengamanan Pemerintahan dan Pembangunan Daerah (TP4D) Kejaksaan Agung dipertimbangkan lagi.
Menurut Sahroni, jika memang TP4D dan TP4P menjadi bancakan oknum tertentu maka yang harus diproses secara hukum adalah yang bersangkutan.
“Berbahaya sekali apabila kita gegabah membubarkan unit kerja pemerintah hanya bersumber dari rumor. Bisa-bisa pemerintahan ini bubar karena rumor,” ucap Sahroni, Jumat (22/11/2019).
Sahroni menegaskan jika spirit pembentukan TP4D dan TP4P spiritnya adalah membantu kepala daerah dalam menyusun program kerja agar tidak terjerat kasus korupsi.
Kata Sahroni, jika memang ada oknum tertentu yang menggunakan program tersebut untuk kepentingan pribadi maka yang harus ditindak adalah oknum tersebut, bukan programnya yang dibubarkan.
“Ibarat mencari tikus di dalam lumbung, membersihkannya bukan dengan membakar lumbung. Tetapi mencari agar tikusnya hilang lumbungnya tetap dapat dioptimalkan sesuai fungsinya,” tutur Sahroni.
Persoalan ini, kata Sahroni justru, sekaligus menjadi pembuktian atas pernyataan Jaksa Agung beberapa waktu lalu yang menegaskan akan membersihkan oknum-oknum jaksa nakal di lingkungan kerjanya. “Dengan demikian evaluasi dan langkah ke depan semua melalui proses yang terukur,” ucapnya.
Jaksa Agung Burhanuddin sendiri menyatakan, pihaknya akan meminta pendapat pakar sebagai bahan pertimbangan membubarkan atau tetap melanjutkan TP4 di masa mendatang. Pertimbangan itu juga penting untuk menentukan apakah TP4 tetap dilanjutkan dengan mengubah nama dan meningkatkan pengawasannya.
Sebelumnya, Menko Polhukam, Mahfud MD, menyampaikan akan membubarkan TP4P dan TP4D karena banyaknya keluhan yang menyatakan bahwa program tersebut justru menjadi dalih dari tindakan korupsi.
“Dulu ini memang dimaksudkan untuk mendampingi pemerintah dalam membuat program-program agar tidak terlibat dalam korupsi, agar bersih. Tapi ada keluhan-keluhan kadang kala dijadikan alat oleh oknum-oknum tertentu,” ujar Mahfud.
