JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Direktur Eksekutif Badan Pimpinan Pusat Jaringan Reformasi Rakyat (BPP JARRAK), John Kelly Nahadin meminta aparat kepolisian memeriksa kontraktor dan pengawas proyek dan sejumlah pihak terkait menyusul ambruknya atap ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD Kota Bogor.
Nahadin curiga proyek tersebut tidak dikerjakan dengan baik, dan berpotensi terjadi penyimpangan yang mengarah pada tindak pidana korupsi.
“Polisi harus turun tangan untuk memeriksa kontraktor dan pengawas proyek. Karena kuat dugaan proyek tidak dikerjakan dengan baik. Sehingga ini berpotensi menjadi tindak pidana korupsi,” kata Nahadin kepada Beritaterkini, Selasa, (26/11/2019).
Menurut Nahadin, Wali Kota Bogor Bima Arya Sugiarto ikut mengakui jika kualitas bangunan fisik sangat jelek.
Bahkan, tegas Nahadin, jika melihat sekilas terkait konstruksi bangunan lima lantai ini ada dugaan beberapa bagian pada bangunan itu tidak dikerjakan atau tidak dibangun sebagaimana mestinya.
“Itulah sebabnya, kita mendorong penegak hukum segera melakukan langkah-langkah konkrit dan memanggil semua pihak mulai dari proses perencanaan hingga pelaksanaan atas insiden ambruknya dinding dan plafon DPRD Kota Bogor.”
“Jadi wajar jika publik curiga bahwa proyek ini dikerjakan asal jadi. Kontraktor dan pengawas proyek harus bertanggung jawab dan sejumlah pihak lainnya,” tegas Nahadin.
Apalagi kata dia, anggaran yang dihabiskan untuk proyek tersebut mencapai Rp70 miliar, dan usia gedung masih 10 bulan sejak dirampungkan.
Selain itu, Nahadin juga meminta agar Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen terkait proses pelaksanaan mulai dari awal sampai dengan serah terima serta TP4D sebagai tim yang mengawal pembangunan di Kota Bogor dan Sekda serta Walikota Bogor perlu ditanya juga tanggung jawab pengawasan mereka. Sehingga bagi dia, mereka juga harus diperiksa.
“Ini uang yang sangat besar. Maka kita minta peristiwa ini harus diusut secara tuntas. Jangan sampai uang rakyat justru menjadi bancakan oknum yang mau mengambil keuntungan dengan cara melawan hukum,” tandas Nahadin.
