JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Juru Bicara Front Pembela Islam (FPI), Munarman menjawab pernyataan Ali Mochtar Ngabalin soal polemik Surat Keterangan Terdaftar (SKT) FPI di Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri).
Sebelumnya, Ngabalin mengatakan bahwa setiap Ormas harus taat pada peraturan yang berlaku. Salah satunya, harus mengantongi SKT dari Kemendagri. Jika tidak, Ngabalin mengatakan bahwa Ormas tersebut hanya dianggap sebagai kelompok pengajian dan peguyuban biasa.
Munarman meminta agar Nagablin kembali belajar soal hukum dan Konstitusi. Munarman juga tidak keberatan Ngabalin membela mati-matian pemerintah soal polemik SKT FPI.
“Kalau mau bela tuannya silakan saja, tetapi jangan jadi bego,” kata Munarman, Selasa, (24/12/2019).
Ia kemudian mengingatkan Ngabalin bahwa hidup di dunia sangat singkat. Semua yang dimiliki tak ada gunanya jika didapatkan dengan cara-cara menindak rakyat.
“Enggak ada gunanya kesenangan sesaat itu. Nanti semua akan dipertanggungjawabkan di akhirat,” katanya.
“Ini nasihat saya kepada orang orang zalim. Siapa pun dia. Karena wajib bagi umat Islam menghentikan kezaliman dengan nasihat kepada orang-orang zalim,” tuturnya.
Menurutnya, zalim dalam hal ini tidak hanya berlaku untuk tindakan yang kejam dan sadis. Zalim, sambungnya, juga bisa terjadi di pikiran dan psikologi yang diselimuti kegelapan.
“Termasuk di dalamnya kebodohoan-kebodohan dalam pernyataan dan kebodohan dalam mengurusi urusan rakyat,” lanjut dia.
Terkait keengganan pihaknya soal SKT, Munarman berkaca pada UU Ormas yang diperkuat dengan Putusan MK Nomor 82 Tahun 2013.
“Yang tegas menyatakan bahwa sebuah ormas tidak wajib mendaftar ke pemerintah. Ormas tetap akan diakui tanpa SKT,” pungkasnya.
