JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Ketua Umum Badan Peneliti Independen Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara dan Pengawas Anggaran Republik Indonesia (BPI KPNPA RI), Tubagus Rahmad Sukendar mendukung keputusan Kapolri Jenderal Idham Azis yang menunjuk Irjen Nana Sudjana sebagai Kapolda Metro Jaya menggantikan Irjen Gatot Eddy Prabowo yang dipromosikan sebagai Wakapolri.

Ia meyakini bahwa Kapolri memberikan amanah kepada Irjen Nana tentu atas dasar pertimbangan seperti rekam jejak, profesionalitas, prestasi, kompetensi dan pengalaman selama berkarir di Korp Bhayangkara.

“Semua aspek menjadi pertimbangan sebelum Kapolri memutuskan Irjen Nana sebagai Kapolda Metro Jaya. Karena menjadi Kapolda di Jakarta tugas yang harus dilaksanakan tidak mudah. Karena ini menyangkut masa depan ekonomi, politik dan keamanan. Semuanya berawal dan bermuara di Jakarta,” kata Sukendar kepada Beritaterkini.co.id, Kamis, (26/12/2019).

Menurut Sukendar, situasi dan tantangan di Ibu Kota berbeda dengan wilayah lain yang masalahnya sangat kompleks. Sehingga kata dia, Kapolda Metro Jaya harus dipimpin Perwira Tinggi (Pati) Polri yang memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani sejumlah potensi gangguan keamanan.

“Keputusan Kapolri memberikan tongkat komando kepada Irjen Nana sebagai Kapolda Metro Jaya merupakan keputusan brilian yang patut diapresiasi. Karena memberikan jaminan keamanan dan mewujudkan ketertiban di Ibu Kota pola dan pendekatan yang harus digunakan mesti komprehensif,” tegas Sukendar.

Apalagi kata Sukendar, selama ini Irjen Nana sering ditugaskan di bagian intelijen dan keamanan. Irjen Nana tercatat pernah menjadi Direktur Intelkam Polda Jawa Tengah dan Direktur Intelkam Polda Metro Jaya.

Kemudian Direktur Politik Badan Intelijen dan Keamanan Polri, sebelum dirotasi menjadi Kapolda Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).

“Kapolri sangat jeli dalam melakukan rotasi jabatan dengan menunjuk Irjen Nana sebagai Kapolda Metro Jaya. Karena beliau memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang intelijen dan keamanan. Rekam jejak inilah yang diyakini bahwa Irjen Nana akan mampu membentengi Ibu Kota dari berbagai potensi yang bisa mengganggu keamanan dan ketertiban,” tegas Sukendar.

“Jakarta merupakan etalase yang merepresentasikan Indonesia. Itulah sebabnya Jakarta butuh orang yang bisa mendinginkan situasi,” sambung Sukendar.

Sukendar mengaku wajar jika nama Irjen Nana kurang populer di masyarakat. Hal ini disamping sosoknya yang pendiam, Irjen Nana lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu bertugas di bagian intelijen dan keamanan.

“Itulah sebabnya Jakarta butuh Kapolda yang mengantongi pengalaman sebagai pelaku langsung saat reformasi dan pasca reformasi. Melalui tangan dinginnya, Irjen Nana paham betul bagaimana dalam mewujudkan kondusifitas di Ibu Kota,” beber Sukendar.

Ia optimis, Irjen Nana akan mampu menjawab semua tuduhan miring dan keraguan sebagian kelompok terhadapnya.

“Publik harus memberikan kesempatan kepada Irjen Nana dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya. Saya yakin dengan track record selama ini, Irjen Nana bisa membawa perubahan besar bagi Jakarta,” demikian tandas Sukendar.
