JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) resmi menetapkan Bupati Sidoarjo, Saiful Ilah sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan suap proyek infrastruktur di Pemkab Sidoarjo. Ia diduga menerima uang sebesar Rp550 juta dari pihak swasta.
“Pada tanggal 7 Januari 2020, IGR diduga menyerahkan fee proyek kepada SSI (Saiful Ilah), Bupati Sidoarjo, sebesar Rp 350 juta dalam tas ransel melalui N (Novianto), ajudan Bupati di rumah dinas Bupati,” ujar Wakil Ketua KPK Alexander Marwata dalam jumpa pers di gedung KPK, Jl Kuningan Persada, Jaksel, Rabu, (08/01/2020).
Uang yang diterima Saiful Ilah didapatkan dari Ibnu Ghopur yang merupakan kontraktor sejumlah proyek di Sidoarjo. Menurut Alexander Marwata, Ibnu Ghopur pernah melaporkan kepada Saiful Ilah soal sejumlah proyek yang ingin ia kerjakan.
Namun ada proses sanggahan dalam pengadaan, sehingga Ibnu Ghopur tidak bisa mendapatkan proyek tersebut.
“IGR meminta kepada SSI untuk tidak menanggapi sanggahan tersebut dan memenangkan pihaknya dalam proyek jalan Candi-Prasung senilai Rp 21,5 miliar,” sambung Alexander.
Pada Agustus-September 2019, Ibnu Ghopur melalui beberapa perusahaan memenangi empat proyek, yakni proyek pembangunan wisma atlet, proyek Pasar Porong, proyek jalan Candi-Prasung, dan proyek peningkatan Afv. Karang Pucang, Desa Pagerwojo, Kecamatan Bundaran.
“Setelah menerima termin pembayaran, IGR bersama TSM diduga memberikan sejumlah fee kepada beberapa pihak di Pemkab Sidoarjo,” papar Alex.
Kabag ULP Sanadjihitu Sangadji diduga menerima Rp 300 juta. Sebanyak Rp 200 juta di antaranya diberikan kepada Bupati Sidoarjo pada Oktober 2019.
Kemudian PPK Judi Tetrahastoto, Dinas PU, Bina Marga, dan SDA diduga menerima Rp 240 juta. Sedangkan Kadis PU dan BMSDA Sunarti Setyaningsih Rp 200 juta.
