KUASA HUKUM AMIN TRANS MENYESALKAN KETIDAKHADIRAN PIHAK MANAJEMEN CITRALAND DEVELOPER

PALEMBANG,BERITATERKINI.CO.ID.,  Rapat sengketa lahan antara pemilik Kavlingan Aswani dengan pihak Citraland yang diselenggarakan pada Senin 13 Januari 2020 di ruang Komisi III Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Palembang selaku yang memfasilitasi atau mediasi yang seharusnya di mulai pada pukul 09.30 WIB berubah jadwal menjadi pukul 13.00 WIB. (13/01/2020).

Rapat tersebut dihadiri oleh beberapa pewakilan pemilik tanah kavlingan Aswani, Komisi III DPRD Kota Palembang serta stekholder yang terkait dan kuasa hukum dari pihak pemilik tanah kavlingan. Dalam agenda rapat tersebut membahas mengenai para pihak pemilik tanah yang belum diganti untung dengan pihak Citraland.

Ketua Kuasa Hukum pemilik Tanah yakni Adv. M. Aminuddin, SH., CIL., akrab disapa dengan Amin Tras ini mengatakan bahwa sangat kami menyayangkan pihak manajemen Citraland Developer tidak hadir dalam rapat tersebut. Ujarnya.

Ketidakhadiran dari pihak manajemen Citraland Developer mengundang tanya jawab besar bagi kami, dari pada itu kami selaku pihak kuasa hukum dari pihak masyarakat dalam waktu dekat akan menduduki /menguasai fisik dalam bentuk mendirikan bangunan masing -masing pemilik kavlingan tanah ASMAWI jika tidak ada etikat baik dari pihak manajemen citraland dalam menyelesaikan prihal tersebut. Ketua Komisi III DPRD Kota Palembang yakni H. Firmansyah Hadi menyimpulkan bahwa kami akan mengundang kembali para pihak yang terkait pada Hari Rabu 22 Januari 2020 yang akan datang. Apabila pihak manajemen Citraland Palembang masih tetap tidak hadir, maka kami akan meberikan peringatan tegas berupa memberikan surat rekomendasi ke Wali Kota Palembang. Ungkapnya.

H. Firmansyah juga menambahkan bahwa rekomendasi yang akan kami sampaikan kepada Wali Kota Palembang guna menyetop segala kegiatan Citraland di atas Lahan yang menjadi objek sengketa, karena semua legalitas izin perumahan citraland bermasalah. Tandasnya.
