JAKARTA – BERITATERKINI.co.id – Presiden RI keenam, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) mengaku mendapatkan informasi bahwa ada upaya untuk menjatuhkan dua menteri Presiden Joko Widodo melalui Parlemen dengan masalah yang sedang terjadi di Jiwasraya.
“Di kalangan DPR RI mulai dibicarakan desakan untuk membentuk Pansus. Tujuannya agar kasus besar Jiwasraya bisa diselidiki dan diselesaikan secara tuntas. Bahkan, menurut sejumlah anggota DPR RI dari Partai Demokrat, yang menggebu-gebu untuk membentuk Pansus juga dari kalangan partai-partai koalisi,” kata SBY dalam bagian tulisan ‘Ada yang dibidik dan hendak dijatuhkan‘, Senin, (27/01/2020).
SBY mengaku kaget mendengar alasan pembentukan Panja dibandingkan Pansus di DPR.
“Ketika saya gali lebih lanjut mengapa ada pihak yang semula ingin ada Pansus, saya lebih terperanjat lagi. Alasannya sungguh membuat saya ‘geleng kepala’. Katanya… untuk menjatuhkan sejumlah tokoh,” ucap SBY.
“Ada yang ‘dibidik dan harus jatuh’ dalam kasus Jiwasraya ini. Menteri BUMN yang lama, Rini Sumarno harus kena. Menteri yang sekarang Erick Thohir harus diganti. Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani harus bertanggung jawab. Presiden Jokowi juga harus dikaitkan,” imbuh dia.
Namun demikian, SBY tidak menghendaki ada tokoh yang dijatuhkan melalui Jiwasraya.
“Mendengar berita seperti ini, meskipun belum tentu benar dan akurat, saya harus punya sikap. Sikap saya adalah tak baik dan salah kalau belum-belum sudah main ‘target-targetan’,” tutur SBY.
“Kepada para kader Demokrat yang menjadi anggota DPR RI, SBY dengan tegas melarang ikut-ikutan berpikir yang tidak benar seperti itu. Punya niat dan motif seperti itu, kata SBY, salah besar.
SBY menegaskan nama-nama yang sering disebut di arena publik dan seolah pasti terlibat dan bersalah belum tentu bersalah. Termasuk tiga nama tadi.
“Secara pribadi saya mengenal Ibu Sri Mulyani, Ibu Rini dan Pak Erick sebagai sosok yang kompeten dan mau bekerja keras. Kalau tingkat presiden, sangat mungkin Pak Jokowi juga tidak mengetahui jika ada penyimpangan besar di tubuh Jiwasraya itu. Prinsipnya, jangan memvonis siapapun sebagai bersalah, sebelum secara hukum memang terbukti bersalah,” sebut SBY.
