Serang – Banten, BERITATERKINI.CO.ID | Kontestasi politik, Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) serentak sebentar lagi tiba. Sejumlah baliho atau poster orang-orang yang merasa pantas menjadi pemimpin terpasang di sepanjang jalan kota maupun pelosok desa, mulai dari incumbent (petahana -red), politisi, pengusaha, politisi yang pengusaha atau pengusaha yang politisi sampai anak muda mengadu nasib ingin menjadi sosok orang nomor satu di daerahnya.
Seperti diketahui, moment ini adalah sebagai penentu arah dan langkah daerah tersebut ingin dibawa kemana, apakah kepada kebaikan masyarakat, kebaikan pribadi atau kelompok bahkan asing. Ujar Ridho Rifaldi Ketua Pimpinan Wilayah SEMMI Banten kepada media, rabu 19/02/20 pagi.
Ridho juga menyinggung beberapa kondisi di wilayah seperti tingginya angka pengangguran akibat sulit dan terbatasnya peluang kerja yang berbanding terbalik dengan jumlah industri yang ada, serta pencemaran lingkungan dan sungai yang mengakibatkan masyarakat setempat mulai kehilangan air yang layak dan berimbas kepada para petani ikan tawar mulai kehilangan mata pencaharianya.
Jadi, “lanjut Ridho” Jangan kita menginginkan daerah rusak alamnya akibat Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) yang di explorasi secara berlebihan sehingga terjadi longsor serta banjir yang mengakibatkan bencana alam selalu datang silih berganti, harus ada keseimbangan untuk itu semua, imbuh Ridho.
Semua pilihan tersebut punya resikonya masing-masing, jangan sampai masyarakat salah lihat apalagi salah pilih sehingga seperti pepatah mengatakan “Jangan membeli kucing dalam karung” yang maksudnya jangan memilih calon yang tak memiliki pengalaman, integritas, atau kapasitas.
Jangan juga yang tak pernah tau bagaimana sulitnya mendapatkan air bersih atau jangan yang tak tau bagaimana sulitnya jual hasil panen atau jangan lagi yang tak tau bagaimana sulitnya masyarakat mencari pekerjaan di tengah gencar-gencarnya program industrialisasi. sekali lagi jangan membeli kucing dalam karung, *ITU TIDAK BENAR !*
Pilkada serentak ini jangan hanya karena hal-hal tertentu saja kita memilih apalagi si calon tersebut mantap rupawan. Pilkada bukan soal seberapa tampan rupawan atau banyak janji-janji tapi soal masa depan daerahnya.
Pada akhirnya kontestasi Pilkada serentak ini harus mampu menuju perubahan kondisi yang lebih baik, karena bertujuan untuk memilih kepala daerah yang nantinya dapat merealisasikan kebijakan pro rakyat sehingga Pilkada harus menjamin memilih pemimpin yang berkualitas bukan yang kaleng-kaleng, pungkasnya. /BRT
