TEBING TINGGI – BERITATERKINI.CO.ID – Pimpinan Daerah (PD) Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Tebing Tinggi menyayangkan lambatnya perbaikan mesin pompa PDAM Tirta Bulian.
Hal itu dikatakan Ketua PD Pemuda Muhammadiyah Kota Tebing Tinggi Iskandar Zulkarnain, Rabu (22/4/2020) di bilangan Kota Tebing Tinggi.
Menurut Iskandar Zulkarnain yang didampingi Wakil Ketua PD Pemuda Muhammadiyah Zulmy Ardiansyah, mengatakan bahwa beberapa waktu belakangan ini masyarakat khususnya para pelanggan banyak mengeluhkan pelayanan yang diberikan PDAM Tirta Bulian.
Hal yang dikeluhkan para pelanggan lanjut Iskandar, adalah debit air yang sangat kecil bahkan sering mati total. Air juga sering tampak keruh mirip air lumpur.
“Jangankan untuk diminum, untuk cuci tangan pun tak bisa, airnya keruh seperti bercampur lumpur,” tukas Iskandar.
Iskandar juga mempertanyakan kinerja pimpinan PDAM Tirta Bulian. Menurutnya, pimpinan PDAM Tirta Bulian adalah pihak yang paling bertanggungjawab atas buruknya layanan yang diberikan.
Selain itu, Iskandar juga mempersoalkan kwalitas mesin yang digunakan. Dia menuding ada dugaan kesalahan pada saat PDAM Tirta Bulian melakukan pembelian mesin pompa air.
Beberapa warga yang kecewa adalah Lambok Simbolon dan Iqbal. Mereka mengatakan, seharusnya pimpinan PDAM Tirta Bulian memperhatikan hajat dan kepentingan pelanggan, sebab mereka setiap bulannya membayar rekening.
“Kami sudah capek, sudah dua bulan kami merasakan layanan yang buruk ini,” sebut Lambok dengan nada kesal.
