Degum: Dinkes Palembang Dua Kali Pesan APD Setelah APD Datang Malah Di Cencel

Palembang, berita terkini. co. id|Presiden Direktur (Presdir) PT Bua Sakti Indonesia (BSI), Raden Dewi Gumay yang akrab di sapa Degum menerangkan, Dua kali di janjikan pengadaan barang tapi cancel setelah barang datang.

Pertama alat rapid test sebanyak 500 unit, dan kedua ini adalah masker K95, sebanyak 10.000 pcs nilainya berkisar 450 juta.dan masker sudah Siap Ready (19/5/2020).

Alasan harga yang ditawarkan PT. BSI tidak masuk, tapi kenapa saat penawaran masuk tidak ada surat balasan, tidak ada negosiasi harga bahkan tidak ada bahasa melalui komunikasi. “Tiba-tiba mereka bilang sudah SPK dengan orang lain, padahal hari Jumat yang lalu Degum masih di undang via whatsapp oleh PPK Dedy ke Dinkes untuk konfirmasi , dan menegas lagi Bahwa yang akan di pesan itu Masker KN 95 dan di kata kan juga oleh PPK Sudah mendesak karena stock mau habis , saya bukan masalah materinya, tapi bertanya-tanya ada apa ini, apa mungkin saya cuma di jadikan sebagai pendamping tender saja atau apa?, kata PPK tender begitu kalau lelang kenapa tidak ada transparansi, ini ada indikasi dugaan adanya hal tidak benar,” ucapnya.

Degum mengaku kepada awak media bahwa Ia telah menjalankan etika dan prosedur dalam penawaran, seperti memberikan surat penawaran dan lainya terkait tander tersebut.

PPK itu tugasnya untuk kemaslahatan orang banyak, tapi kenapa seperti ada permainan ini ibarat petapah ada uang di balik batu. “Kalau memang harga yang di tawarkan dipersoalankan, bukannya kami telah menuangkan secara tettulis pada surat penawaran, jika harga bisa berubah sesuai dengan jumlah pemesanan atau harga dari pabrik. Bahkan kami juga telah menerangkan apabila ingin info lebih lanjut bisa hubungi presdir BSI.

“Dan jika memang tidak masuk harga yang kami tawarkan dengan harga yang seharusnya. Seharusnya pihak Dinkes Palembang melalui pihak yang di tunjuk untuk memberitahukan kepada pihak PT. BSI. Malah mereka mengatakan kebutuhan masker urgency.” tegasnya.

Dewi Gumay juga mengatakan jika ppk pengadaan bernama Dedi mengaku baru dalam hal tugasnya. “Artinya yang menunjuknya itu gak bener, apalagi tadi saya datang Kadis mengatakan ppk nya sudah mengundurkan diri, ada apa ini…!!!” tanya dia.

Degum mempertanyakan lagi kenapa seperti dipermainankan, dan ada indikasi seperti hanya untuk pendamping saja penawaran kita.

Pasalnya Setelah di minta penawaran dan minta contoh masker, lalu Senin pagi di follow up, kata nya belum di rapat kan lagi dengan kadis, ketika siang jam 13.24 bilang kalau sudah punya orang lain..via wa Dedy pejabat pemberi kerja berkata kalau Sudah kasih SPK kepada Supplier lain..

Jadi Dewi gumay benar-benar merasa kecewa, kejadian ini baru di alami nya kali ini , dan minta masalah ini Di KPK , Ombudsman bisa Pantau Awasi. Anggaran Pengadaan COVID 19 di kota Palembang. pungkasnya (red/Danu)
