Beritaterkini.co.id, PALEMBANG,- Aliansi Pemuda Independent (API- Indonesia) mengelar aksi unjuk rasa di depan kantor wali kota Palembang, di Jalan Merdeka Palembang Sumatera Selatan, pada Senin (01/09/2020).
Dalam press release No: 0109/DPP-API/AKSI/IX/2020 tertanggal 01 September 2020 yang diterima redaksi tercatat bahwa aksi unjuk rasa yang digelar tersebut terkait dengan agenda dan tuntutan sebagai berikut.
1. Mendesak pemerintah Kota Palembang untuk segera menindak tegas/menutup RS Musi Medika Cendikia (MMC) Palembang yang terindikasi adanya dugaan tidak memberikan fungsi pelayanan yang prima/baik.
2. Mempertanyakan kelayakan alat kesehatan yang dimiliki RS MMC Palembang .
Agenda dan tuntutan tersebut, disampaikan oleh Jp Evanton selaku koordinator pengerakan dalam press releasenya, Evanton menguraikan beberapa kronologis yang terjadi terkait dengan pelayanan yang diberikan pihak RS MMC Palembang terhadap salah satu pasiennya. Adapun kronologi tersebut, sebagai berikut.
1. Pada tanggal 17 Juli 2020 RS. Musi Medika Cendekia (MMC) Palembang diduga telah menolak dan menelantarkan seorang pasien darurat “Ibu Yang Mau Bersalin/Melahirkan” (tanpa adanya tindakan medis untuk menyelamatkan pasien dan tidak memfasilitasi pasien agar di rujuk ke Dokter/Rumah Sakit lainnya).
2. Pihak RS. Musi Medika Cendekia (MMC) Palembang menyatakan hasil rapid test pasien tersebut reaktif covid-19. Namun suami pasien dinyatakan negatif (sungguh aneh jika suami istri hasil rapid testnya berbeda). Namun, ketika pihak keluarga berusaha membawa pasien ke RS lain (Usaha Sendiri Tanpa Rujukan) mahalan hasilnya dinyatakan negatif.
Evanton menegaskan seharusnya rumah sakit sebagai salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di larang menolak pasien yang dalam keadaan darurat serta wajib memberikan pelayanan untuk menyelamatkan nyawa pasien.
Atas kronologis tersebut, pihaknya menilai bahwa pihak RS MMC Palembang di duga telah melakukan pelanggaran terhadap perundang-undangan yang berlaku seperti yang diuraikan di antaranya UU No 44 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit, UU No 36 Tahun 2009 tentang kesehatan, UU No 36 Tahun 2014 tentang tenaga kesehatan, Permenkes No 11 Tahun 2017 tentang keselamatan pasien.
