JAKARTA, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID |Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) kembali melakukan operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) yang menyeret Ismunandar Bupati Kutai Timur, Kalimantan Timur dan 15 Orang lainnya yang terlibat.
Menurut KPK OTT dilakukan dalam kaitannya dugaan gratifikasi pengadaan barang dan jasa di Pemerintah Kabupaten Kutai Timur.
Bupati Kutai Timur Ismunandar ditangkap di sebuah hotel di Jakarta bersama sang istri, Encek UR Firgasih, pada Kamis malam, 2 Juli 2020. Sedangkan yang lainnya ditangkap di Kutai Timur dan Samarinda.
Saat ini sudah tiba di gedung KPK sebanyak 7 orang, sementara yang diamankan di Kutai Timur dan Samarinda 8 Orang, hal ini diungkapkan oleh juru bicara KPK Ali Fikri, Jum’at (3/7/2020).
Ali Fikri menerangkan Ismunandar, Encek Firgasih, dan lima orang lainnya masih diperiksa penyidik KPK. Sedangkan delapan orang lainnya diperiksa di Kantor Kepolisian Resort Kota Samarinda.
Barang bukti, menurut dia, sedang dihitung oleh penyidik KPK.
Delapan orang yang lainnya diperkirakan tiba di Jakarta siang tadi. /Redaksi
