H Masrun : Demokrasi Harus Berbanding Lurus dengan Kemakmuran Masyarakat

LOMBOK TENGAH, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Nama Haji Masrun mulai mencuat ke permukaan sebagai Bakal Calon Bupati Lombok Tengah Idola yang digadang- gadang memiliki Kans kuat di Pilkada Serentak mendatang.

Lambat tapi pasti , sosok H Masrun yang low profile tersebut, saat ini mulai ramai dibicarakan oleh khalayak berkat _*personal approach*_ yang cair, egaliter dan kultural telah membekas dihati masyarakat.

Lama berkiprah di jajaran birokrat pemerintah daerah yang mengurusi masalah ketenagakerjaan, ia pun sangat dekat dan memiliki empati kepedulian yang besar pada para TKI.

Potret Lombok Tengah sebagai salah satu kantung TKI di NTB membuat Masrun berpikir, mengapa di daerah yang kaya potensi sumber daya alam ini masyarakatnya justru mengais rejeki ke negeri orang.

Data Badan Nasional Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (BNP2TKI) menunjukan jumlah TKI tahun 2019 sebanyak 276 ribu orang. Di Provinsi NTB tahun 2019 tercatat jumlah TKI berada di posisi keempat, yaitu 30.706 orang.

Dari posisi itu, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah menempati urutan kedua setelah Lombok Timur sebagai pengirim TKI terbesar di NTB. Sementara di tingkat nasional, LombokTengah menjadi daerah urutan ke tujuh dari kabupaten/kota dengan jumlah TKI terbesar di Indonesia.

Menurut H Masrun, para TKI ini terpaksa mencari penghidupan ke luar negeri. Umumnya mereka bekerja di sektor informal di Malaysia dan sebagian negara Asia dan Timur Tengah. Namun devisa yang mereka sumbangkan untuk negara dan daerah cukup besar.

Data BPS NTB menyebutkan devisa TKI NTB di tahun 2019 mencapai Rp1,2 Triliun lebih. Uang itu berasal dari remitensi gaji yang mereka bawa pulang kampung. Dari jumlah tersebut Lombok Tengah menyumbang hingga Rp350 Miliar lebih.

“Sejatinya para saudara kita yang menjadi TKI ini adalah pahlawan devisa. Remitensi gaji yang mereka bawa pulang atau dikirimkan ke keluarganya di kampung membanu perputaran ekonomi di daerah,” bebernya.

H Masrun mengaku awalnya enggan maju dalam pilkada, namun karena desakan masyarakat, baik tokoh masyarakat dan kalangan milenial, akhirnya bersedia maju untuk mengusung perubahan Lombok Tengah.

“Karena desakan dan permintaan masyarakat dan generasi muda, maka saya bersedia maju dalam pilkada serentak 2020,” kata Masrun, Senin ( 20/7 ).

Salah satu yang membuatnya bertekad maju adalah nasib TKI. Menurutnya, pemerintah daerah harus memberikan apresiasi lebih kepada para buruh migran ini. Baik perlindungan saat mereka bekerja di luar negeri, maupun pembinaan dan pendampingan ketika mereka sudah kembali pulang.

H Masrun menilai Pilkada hakikatnya merupakan pesta demokrasi rakyat yang bertujuan melahirkan sirkulasi kepemimpinan kepala daerah yang dipilih langsung oleh rakyat. Sehingga kepemimpinan politik yang diperoleh dari legitimasi rakyat dihajatkan untuk memenuhi ekpektasi dan harapan masyarakat.

“Demokrasi pada hakekatnya harus berbanding lurus dengan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat. Bukan sebaliknya,” imbuhnya.

Untuk mewujudkan cita-cita mulia tersebut, papar Masrun, Lombok Tengah sesungguhnya menyimpan potensi luar biasa untuk dikembangkan bagi sebesar-besarnya kemakmuran masyarakat.

Haji Masrun bukan nama yang asing di telinga warga Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Masrun muda dikenal sebagai pekerja ulet wirausaha perkayuan sukses di Pulau Lombok.

Haji Masrun yang menjabat sebagai Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Kabupaten Lombok Tengah merupakan tokoh sentral di balik berdirinya Layanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Penempatan dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (LTSP-P2TKI) yang berhasil menyatukan delapan layanan ketenagakerjaan dalam satu pintu.

Bahkan berkat layanan terpusat ini, Lombok Tengah pernah meraih status sebagai daerah terbaik di Indonesia dalam Pelayanan Penempatan Pekerja Migran Indonesia (P3MI) yang diserahkan langsung oleh Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla kala itu.

Penghargaan ini semakin mengokohkan nama H Masrun sebagai sosok birokrat yang memiliki ‘sense’ sebagai abdi negara yang baik.

“Lombok Tengah mendunia menjadi sebuah keniscayaan yang akan membawa kesejehteraan bagi warganya,” tambah Masrun mengulas tagline/slogannya maju di Pilkada Serentak Lombok Tengah.

Selain itu menurutnya, potensi besar yang belum di ekplore ke permukaan, yaitu keindahan bentang alam maupun potensi SDM lainnya.

“Dengan potensi besar tersebut, maka kewajiban setiap warga Lombok Tengah untuk menjadi warga kelas dunia. Yakni, mempersiapkan diri menjadi tuan rumah gelaran event internasional sekaligus siap bersaing dengan para pendatang yang turut berburu rejeki di Lombok Tengah,” urainya.

Tak salah jika kemudian Masrun merumuskan cita-cita besarnya ke dalam visi Lombok Tengah Mendunia : “Sejahtera Rakyatnya, Agamis Daerahnya” dengan parameter utama hadirnya masyarakat adil, makmur, maju, unggul, dan bermartabat.
