Ciptakan Situasi Kondusif, Pos TNI AL Jangkar Sosialisasikan Permen KP RI Kepada Nelayan

SITUBONDO, WWW.BERITATERKINI.CO.ID, Menindaklanjuti perselisihan yang terjadi baru-baru ini antar nelayan tradisional dan nelayan cantrang/gardan disebabkan jalur penangkapan ikan, Pos TNI AL Jangkar, Lanal Banyuwangi, Lantamal V, Koarmada II, sosialisasikan Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia (Permen KP RI) kepada nelayan tradisional dan nelayan cantrang/gardan Jangkar, Jum’at (7/8).

Sosialisasi dilaksanakan di Pos TNI AL Jangkar dengan pokok bahasan tentang peraturan jalur penangkapan ikan yang tertuang dalam Permen KP RI Nomor 71/PERMEN-KP/2016 tentang Jalur Penangkapan Ikan dan Penempatan Alat Penangkapan Ikan di Wilayah Pengelolaan Perikanan Negara Republik Indonesia (WPPNRI).

Komandan Pos TNI AL (Danposal) Jangkar Pelda Mar Ali Wahyudi mengatakan, agar situasi tetap aman dan kondusif, dirinya menekankan kepada seluruh nelayan agar mematuhi segala peraturan yang ada sesuai yang sudah di amanatkan undang-undang.

“Sosialisasi ini kami lakukan menindaklanjuti bentrok antar dua kelompok nelayan yang baru-baru ini terjadi yang berselisih tentang jalur penangkapan ikan,” terangnya.

Lebih lanjut Danpos mengatakan, “Kami berharap dengan adanya sosialisasi ini kedepan tidak terjadi lagi bentrok serupa, dan semua nelayan memahami tentang jalur penangkapan ikan,” tuturnya.

Selain dua kelompok nelayan, sosialisasi juga dihadiri juragan darat dari dua kelompok nelayan tersebut, hadir pula anggota Polair Polres Situbondo Brigpol Heri Handoko mewakili Kasatpolair dan anggota KUD Mina Harta Jangkar.
