P, dalam sambutanya terlebih Bupati mengucapkan puji dan syukur alhamdulillah kami panjatkan kehadirat Allah SWT karena atas limpahannya rahmat nikmat Taufik dan hidayahnya pada saat ini kita dapat hadir bersama di acara Apel kesiap siagaan dalam rangka penangulangan bencana kebakaran hutan tingkat Kabupaten Magelang Tahun 2020,

Magelang dan perlu kami sampaikan bahwa penanggulangan bencana kebakaran hutan merupakan salah satu perwujudan fungsi pemerintah dalam perlindungan masyarakat meskipun demikian penanggulangan kebakaran hutan membutuhkan suatu upanya terpadu yang melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif pendekatan terpadu tersebut menuntut koordinasi yang baik diantara semua pihak baik dari sektor pemerintah, swasta, masyarakat, komonitas organisasi masyarakat, organisasi profesi, dan lembaga-lembaga terkait lainnya, ” imbuh Bupati.

Selanjutnya kami pesan kepada aparat serta para tokoh masyarakat dan relawan yang pertama agar bisa membekali diri sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki serta giat berlatih secara rutin dan terencana sehingga dapat menjadi ujung tombak dalam penanganan bencana kebakaran hutan di kabupaten magelang dan siap melakukan penanganan bencana kebakaran hutan secara komprehensif, sinergitas dan terpadu sebelum terjadi kebakaran, ” harapan Bupati Magelang Zaenal Arifin, S.
