Menhan Prabowo Subianto Buka Pendaftaran Rekrutmen Komcad Untuk 25 Ribu Orang Beserta Persyaratannya

Kementrian Pertahanan (Kemenhan) telah membuka pendaftaran rekrutmen Komponen Cadangan (Komcad) berlangsung sejak 1 – 29 Agustus 2020. Satuan ini akan dibentuk seperti sukarelawan yang akan dibekali pendidikan militer.
Rekrutmen ini terbuka untuk umum. Namun bibatasi untuk rentang usia 18-35 tahun.
Dirjen Potensi Pertahanan Kemenhan Bondan Tiara mengatakan rekrutmen dilakukan untuk memperkuat pertahanan nasional, terutama saat darurat.
“Komponen ini nanti akan jadi yang perdana karena diatur secara legal,” kata dia sembari menyebut UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2019 Tentang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Nasional sebagai rujukannya dikutip Selasa 11 Agustus 2020.
Mereka yang mendaftar, kata dia akan dibekali dengan pelatihan militer selama tiga bulan.
Ia menyebutkan, Komcad ini dibagi dalam tiga matra, yakni Udara, Laut dan Darat.
Disebutkan, selama mengikuti pendidikan mereka juga akan mendapatkan sejumlah hak. Mulai dari uang saku, perlengkapan militer, asuransi dan jaminan kesehatan.
Bondan mengatakan pihaknya mantargetkan 25 ribu Komcad yang akan direkrut. Setelah mendapat latihan militer mereka akan kembali ke profesinya masing masing.
Komcad merupakan elemen di luar TNI sama halnya dengan komponen pendukung. Sedangkan komponen pertahanan utama nasional adalah TNI.
Komcad disiapkan untuk dikerahkan melalui mobilisasi. Tujuannya untuk memperbesar dan memperkuat kekuatan dan kemampuan Komponen Utama atau TNI dalam menghadapi ancaman militer.
Perekrutan warga sipil dalam Komcad berdasarkan Undang-Undang tentang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Nasional untuk Pertahanan Negara (PSDN).
“Komponen cadangan bukanlah wajib militer. Jika wajib militer berarti ada keharusan, tetapi komponen cadangan adalah suka rela,” kata Perwira Seksi (Pasi) Teritorial Kapten Inf Arief Affuan mewakili Dandim 0426/TB Letkol Kav Joko Sunarto saat sosialisasi di Sekolah Tinggi Teologia (STT) Mawar Saron Tulangbawang, Senin 10 Agustus 2020.
Warga sipil yang mendaftarkan diri dan lolos seleksi akan mendapatkan beberapa keuntungan. Seperti belajar dasar-dasar militer sampai mendapatkan uang saku.
Setelah lolos seleksi, calon Komcad akan belajar tentang latihan dasar militer selama tiga bulan. Setelah itu baru diangkat menjadi Komcad.

UU no 13 Tahun 2019 tentang pengelolaan sumber daya nasional untuk pertahanan negara
II. Kebutuhan
Alokasi 15.000 orang Se Indonesia
III. Pelatihan Dasar Militer selama 30 hari di Lemdik Kodam masing-masing
IV. Persyaratan :
1. Laki Laki (WNI)
2. Usia min 18 s.d 21 tahun (saat di buka dik tgl 14 sept 2020)
3. Bukan merupakan anggota TNI-POLRI
4. Berijazah min SD/Sederajat
5. Tidak memiliki catatan kriminal
6. Sehat Jasmani dan Rohani
7. Bersedia di mobilisasi ke seluruh wilayah NKRI
8. Mengikuti seleksi
V. Hak Personel KOMCAD dalam menjalani pendidikan Dasar Militer :
1. Uang saku
2. Perlengkapan perorangan lapangan
3. Rawat kesehatan
4. Perlindungan Jaminan kerja dan kematian
VI. Hak KOMCAD selama pengabdian :
1. Uang saku selama menjalani Diksar
2. Tunjangan Operasional pada saat Mobilisasi
3. Rawatan kesehatan
4. Jaminan kecelakaan dan kematian
5. Penghargaan
6. KOMCAD yang berasal dari unsur ASN, Buruh dan pekerja selama pengabdian tetap mendapatkan hak ketenagakerjaan dan tidak keluar dari pekerjaannya.
Bagi yang berstatus Mahasiswa tetap mendapatkan hak akademisnya sampai selesai.
