Barang titipan tersebut diantar oleh tukang becak a.n Zukri yang ditujukan kepada WBP a.n Indra Fitria Kamar 16 Blok B. Paket tersebut dikirim oleh pengirim a.n M. Sufi asal Aceh Besar melalui loket Mentari BL 1820. Nama sopir yang menitipkan barang ke tukang becak a.n Awi. Narkotika jenis sabu tersebut dimasukkan kedalam sabun mandi batangan dan kedalam botol rexona.
Petugas yang memeriksanya dengan cermat sehingga ditemukan sebungkus sabu-sabu dengan beratnya 12,5 gram dan dalam Rexona sebesar 3 gram.
Kepala Lapas Kelas IIB Meulaboh, Said Syahrul melalui Kepala KPLP Ganda Fernandy menyebutkan, barang harap tersebut diantar langsung oleh tukang becak bernama Zukri. Barang tersebut ditujukan kepada warga binaan pemasyarakatan (WBP) bernama Indra Fitria (30), salah satu napi penghuni kamar 16 Blok B.

Sementara kasus tersebut sudah beberapa kali berhasil digagalkan oleh pihak petugas, dengan memeriksa barang kiriman terhadap narapidana.
