*Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto Tegaskan Polri Dukung Kebijakan Pemerintah Percepat Perizinan Berusaha*

Kepala Badan Pemelihara Keamanan (Kabaharkam) Polri, Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto, terima audiensi Deputi dan Direktur Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM), bertempat di Ruang Kerja Kabaharkam Polri, Kompleks Mabes Polri, Jakarta, Senin, 31 Agustus 2020.
Audiensi ini beragendakan diskusi mengenai implementasi Inpres Nomor 7 Tahun 2019 tentang percepatan kemudahan berusaha dan tindak lanjut atas Surat Keputusan Kapolri Nomor SKEP/2536/XII/2019 mengenai pendelegasian wewenang pemberian izin operasional bidang usaha jasa pengamanan dalam rangka pelaksanaan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu di bidang penanaman modal kepada Kepala BKPM.
Dalam kesempatan ini Kabaharkam Polri didampingi oleh Kakorbinmas Baharkam Polri, Dirbinpotmas Korbinmas Baharkam Polri, dan Kabag Kerma Robinopsnal Baharkam Polri. Sementara hadir dari BKPM Deputi Promosi Ikmal Lukman, Direktur Wilayah II Rita, dan Direktur Wilayah IV Yos Harmen.
Kepada BKPM, Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto menegaskan bahwa Polri tunduk dan patuh menjalanlankan Inpres 7/2019. Bahkan Kapolri, selaku pimpinan tertinggi Polri telah menindaklanjutinya dengan membuat Keputusan Kapolri Nomor SKEP/2536/XII/2019.
“Saya perintahkan semua perizinan terkait jasa pengamanan di Korbinmas Polri diserahkan ke BKPM, termasuk proses SIO izin BUJP, karena semua proses izin kan sudah diurus dari wilayah. Karena perintah dari Bapak Kapolri sudah seperti itu, masa’ kita bawahannya mau melawan perintah pimpinan tertinggi di Polri ?” kata Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto.
Kabaharkam Polri menegaskan bahwa Polri akan selalu mendukung kebijakan pemerintah terutama dalam rangka percepatan perizinan bersusaha.
“Polri mendukung penuh program pemerintah untuk menjadikan BKPM satu-satunya tempat pengelolaan perizinan karena salah satu fungsi pemerintah adalah mensejahterakan rakyat,” ungkap Komjen Pol Agus Andrianto.
Direktur Promosi BKPM, Ikmal Lukman, mengakui kerja sama antara Polri dengan BKPM sudah sangat erat.
“Kami merasakan sangat perlu dan butuh kehadiran Polri dalam mendukung tugas di BKPM, seperti salah satunya terkait dalam menghadapi perusahaan asing, khususnya dari China. Kami sangat butuh pendampingan,” kata Ikmal Lukman. (Red/Aj)
