DPP Partai GOLKAR resmi menyerahkan form B1-KWK Parpol untuk kader tulennya H.Tony Eka Candra yang berpasangan dengan H. Antoni Imam untuk maju dalam Pilkada Kabupaten Lampung Selatan 9 Desember 2020 mendatang.
Surat bernomor : B1.KWK. 084/DPP/Golkar/VIII/2020 tertanggal 28 Agustus 2020 yang ditanda tangani langsung oleh Ketua umum Airlangga Hartarto dan Sekretaris Jenderal Lodewijk F. Paulus, tentang persetujuan pasangan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tersebut, diserahkan langsung oleh Ketua Bidang Pemenangan Pemilu Sumatera-2 Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi didampingi jajaran yang digelar diaula kantor DPP Partai Golkar di Jakarta, Senin (31/8/2020).
Dalam surat tersebut dijelaskan, bahwa dalam penyelenggaraan pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan berdasarkan usulan Dewan Pimpinan tingkat Kabupaten Partai Golkar maka Dewan Pimpinan Pusat memberikan persetujuan kepada pasangan H.Tony Eka Candra-Antoni Imam sebagai Calon Bupati dan Calon Wakil Bupati Lampung Selatan.
Bakal Calon Bupati Lampung Selatan H. Tony Eka Candra didampingi Sekretaris DPD Partai Golkar Provinsi Lampung H. Ismet Roni,SH.,MH mengucapkan rasa syukur atas kepercayaan Partai Golkar kepada dirinya untuk maju dalam Pilkada Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
Politisi yang sudah lebih dari separuh hidupnya menjadi DPRD inipun mengungkapkan, usai menerima Form B1.KWK pihaknya akan segera melaksanakan konsolidasi bersama partai koalisi, guna mempersiapkan segala hal, termasuk persiapan pendaftaran di KPU Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.
