Gubernur Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) Laksda TNI Edi Sucipto, S.E.,M.M. beserta Staf, Jalasenastri dan Taruna Taruni AAL mengikuti Upacara Peringatan Hari Jadi TNI Angkatan Laut ke-75 secara virtual di Gedung Maspardi, Kesatrian AAL Bumimoro, Surabaya, Kamis (10/9).
Tampak hadir Waki Gubernur AAL Brigjen TNI (Mar) Endi Supardi, S.E, Seklem AAL Laksma TNI Yoos Suryono Hadi, M.Tr. (Han), para Pejabat Utama AAL, Ketua Cabang BS Jalasenastri yang juga Ibu Asuh Taruna AAL, Ny. Eni Edi Sucipto beserta jajaran pengurus inti dan taruna taruni AAL lainnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, personel AAL mengikuti secara utuh pelaksanaan Upacara Peringatan yang dilaksanakan terpusat di lapangan R.E. Martadhinata Mabesal, Jakarta dengan Inspektur Upacara Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut, Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono, S.E.,M.M. dan diikuti seluruh satuan dijajajran TNI AL seluruh Indonesia secara virtual.
KSAL dalam amanatnya mengatakan, sebagai bagian integral dari sebuah bangsa maritim yang besar, sekaligus sebagai komponen utama pertahanan negara, tentunya TNI AL akan selalu mendukung setiap langkah kebijakan pemerintah. Penjabaran dari kebijakan itu, terlihat dari tema peringatan kali ini “Dengan semangat Jalasveva Jayamahe, kita siap mewujudkan TNI AL yang profesional, modern dan tangguh guna mendukung Indonesia maju”
Menurutnya, kejayaan angkatan laut sangat ditentukan oleh SDM yang harus memiiki keunggulan karakter dan profesionalisme. Oleh karena itu sebagai Prajurit Pengawal Samudera, dipundak kita dipercayakan amanah untuk membangun kekuatan TNI AL yang melindungi segenap bangsa dan menjamin kedaulatan dan keaamnan negara di laut.
Selaras dengan doktrin Jalasveva Jayamahe lanjutnya, kekuatan TNI AL memiliki karakter yang dipengaruhi oleh medan tugasnya di laut, serta karakteristik kekuatan dan kemampuan armada tempurnya. Salah satu karakteristik kekuatan TNI AL adalah kekuatan militer yang selalu siap untuk dioperasionalkan (Ready force).
Hal ini tegasnya, diwujudkan dalam bentuk kehadiran di laut (naval presence), baik saat situasi damai, masa krisis hingga masa perang dalam menjaga kedaulatan dan keutuhan NKRI serta melindungi kepentingan nasional Indonesia dari ancaman dan gangguan.
“Dengan semangat Jalaveva Jayamahe, kita berkomitmen untuk membangun kekuatan TNI AL yang siap dioperasikan (operational ready forces), sehingga TNI AL mampu hadir kapanpun, dan dimanapun negara dan rakyat membutuhkan,” tegasnya.
Oleh karena itu KSAL berpesan untuk selalu meningkatkan keimanan dan ketaqwaan, tingkatkan kemempuan SDM TNI AL, tingkatkan kemampuan dukungan pangkalan, majukan organisai TNI AL dengan inovasi dan perubahan kinerja kearah yang lebih baik, serta pererat persahabatan dan solidaritas TNI-Polri dan masyarakat guna mendukung ketahanan bangsa.
