Komandan Komando Pendidikan Operasi Laut (Dankodikopsla) Komando Pembinaan Doktrin, Pendidikan dan Latihan TNI Angkatan Laut (Kodiklatal) Laksma TNI Agus Haryadi secara resmi menutup Pendidikan Pertama Perwira Prajurit Karier (Dikmapa PK) TNI AL Angkatan ke-27 TA 2020 tahap Kematraan Kamis, (10/9)
Penutupan pendidikan tersebut dilaksanakan di Gedung Betle Geuse Pusat Pendidikan Lanjutan Perwira (Pusdiklapa) Kodikopsla Kesatrian Bumimoro Kodiklatal dan diikuti 40 Siswa perwira. Hadir dalam penutupan tersebut Komandan Kodikdukum Kolonel Laut (E) Gunawan Tri Atmojo, S.T., M.A.P, Wadan Kodikopsla Kolonel Laut (P) Phundi Rusbandi dan para Komandan Pusdik dijajaran Kodikopsla dan Kodikdukum.
Komandan Kodikopsla Kodiklatal Laksma TNI Agus Haryadi dalam sambutannya menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada para siswa atas keberhasilan menyelesaikan pendidikan, dengan harapan keberhasilan ini akan mampu meningkatkan motivasi, dedikasi dan loyalitas serta profesionalisme dalam pengabdian kepada TNI AL melalui bidang dan tugas masing-masing.
Lebih lanjut disampaikan, program pendidikan dasar golongan tahap kematraan yang telah didapatkan para siswa, merupakan pendalaman profesi, sebagai perwira korps pelaut, korprs teknik, korps khusus dan korps kesehatan prajurit Matra Laut yang nantinya dapat di implementasikan dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai perwira jaga pendirat.
Dalam mengawaki organisasi TNI Angkatan Laut, diharapkan sebagai perwira memiliki kemauan keras dan kreatifitas serta daya inovasi yang tinggi untuk maju dalam mengemban setiap tugas yang diberikan para perwira merupakan pemegang komando, dengan lingkup kewenangan tertentu sehingga dituntut untuk mampu menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan TNI secara utuh. Sedangkan dari aspek manajerial, perwira adalah pengelola manajemen yang dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam mambuat perencanaan, mengorganisir dan mengendalikan suatu kegiatan dengan baik.
