Jadi Sumber Penyakit, Tumpukan Sampah di Jalan Bersama Ujung Resahkan Warga

MEDAN – BERITATERKINI.CO.ID – Tumpukan sampah yang berada di Jalan Bersama Ujung tepatnya di samping Gang Bidan Kelurahan Bantan Kecamatan Medan Tembung sudah sangat menggangu warga sekitar, selain menimbulkan bau busuk tumpukkan sampah juga terlihat kumuh yang menyebabkan sumber penyakit.

Padahal di tempat pembuangan sampah itu ada larangan larangan spanduk yang bertuliskan “Ya ALLAH ya… TUHAN kami cabutlah NYAWA orang yang MEMBUANG SAMPAH DISINI” namun tidak membuat takut warga untuk terus membuang sampah dilokasi tersebut.

Guru Singa, warga sekitar mengatakan, tumpukan sampah disebabkan kurangnya kesadaran warga dalam menjaga kebersihan walau sudah sering di tegur.

“Sudah sering kami menegur agar jangan buang sampah disini sampai kami buatpun larangan pakai sepanduk supaya mereka takut tapi tetap juga mereka buang sampah di sini” ujarnya, Sabtu (12/9/2020).

Ia berharap pihak kelurahan bersama dinas terkait harus pro aktif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sampah ini, bila perlu lakukan tindakan tegas bagi yang kedapatan membuang sampah sembarangan sehingga jalan terlihat bersih dan indah warga sekitarpun merasa nyaman serta terhindar dari segala jenis penyakit.

Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Wali Kota Medan, Akhyar Nasution, sebelumnya mengimbau kepada masyarakat agar mewadahi sampahnya. Sehingga akan memudahkan kerja petugas dari Dinas Kebersihan untuk mengangkut sampah.

“Kalau diwadahi kan lebih mudah mengangkatnya,” bilangnya.
