Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) menngakat sejumlah tokoh sebagai Warga Kehormatan Rajawali Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN).
Pengangkatan warga kehormatan ini dilaksanakan dalam sebuah prosesi acara “Inaugurasi Peningkatan Statuta Sekolah Tinggi Intelijen Negara (STIN) dan Peresmian Patung Bung Karno, Inspirator Sekolah Tinggi Intelijen Negara (STIN)” di STIN Sentul, Bogor, Jawa Barat.
Dalam sambutannya Kepala Badan Intelijen Negara Jenderal Polisi Budi Gunawan menyampaikan pengangkatan warga kehormatan ini diberikan pada tokoh yang dianggap punya peran atau berjasa dalam pengembangan BIN.
Diantaranya, Komandan Korps Marinir (Dankormar) Mayor Jenderal TNI (Mar) Suhartono, yang diangkat sebagai Warga Kehormatan Rajawali Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN).
”Selain Dankormar tokoh-tokoh lain yang diangkat sebagai warga kehormatan BIN antara lain, Ketua MPR Bambang Soesatyo, Ketua DPR Puan Maharani, Menpan RB Tjahjo Kumolo, Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung, Wakil Menteri Pertahankan Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, Jenderal TNI (Purn) Hendro Priyono dan Ketua Komisi I DPR Meutya Hafid,” ujar Budi Gunawan.(Red/Aj)
